We had the lemon tart and quiche, very good sized portions and not too sweet, delicious.
I’d like to back there again.

A better system needed for ordering and receiving for takeaway. As you feel in the road for customers who are dining in.

Chicken sandwich is elite! Toasted or fresh. Highly recommend.

Love cakes, pastries and sandwiches that look like art works. It has a lovey French atmosphere and coffee seemed good.

I do however think the seating is too close and it makes the experience of dining here feel less personal. I would not enjoy trying to navigate through chairs on a busy day.

I think that management should consider removing at least two tables just so that patrons don’t feel like the experience of eating these pretty treats are cheapened by feeling like they are sitting in a mall hallway take away shop. You are literally sitting 30cm from the next table in all directions.

I will however still give them four stars for the quality of food. Staff seemed friendly but not memorable. I have taken some photos to give you a sense of the variety and prices.

They do offer take away.
Enjoy!

Love the coffee and the service at indroopilly, we tried Chermside for the second time today and again were disappointed . I ordered the fruit toast special , which is 3 pieces of fruit toast , when it came with only 2 pieces of butter I asked for another 2 butters and was told that would be an extra 50c for each butter . It’s not the price that is the issue, 3 pieces of toast and 2 hard solid pieces of butter and then the expectation you are going to get up , queue again and pay for more butter. Come on!

I ve always loved Le Bon Choix at Westfield North Lakes… but please don’t go to Chermside expecting the same quality service.

I completely understand that this time of year can be a bit more stress - as I have also been in hospitality for 20 years - but had I known that adding a baby chino to my order would be such an inconvenience I would probably have just skipped the whole experience from the start.

The lady who was serving me - Jinny - rolled her eyes at me, with complete annoyance at my request. And when I confronted her about the very unpleasant experience and the unnecessary gesture she denied it, as if I was being completely silly. Feeling quite confronted, I cancelled my order and requested a refund, at which she shoved the $25 dollars towards me, sarcastically said “Merry Christmas,…. “ while walking off exaggerating her smile in my direction.

Couldn’t even ask to speak to management, as it turns out, jinny is the manager. Great example to other staff and how to treat customers.

Needless to say, I would not recommend at all.

My wife and I went there this morning ordered 2 x Chicken Ciabatta toasted sandwiches.

Since there was tomatoes on it I asked for one can be done for me with no tomatoes. As this can trigger gout for me. Made this clear to the young fijian lad serving me.

Order came out but had tomatoes on it I had to send it back and asked for a new one but it came back with tomatoes scrapped off the sandwich.

Manager apparently refused my request to make a fresh new one. Spoke to the young fijian lad again and re-emphasised that tomatoes can trigger my gout, the young lad said that he understands as his dad gets gout as well.

So after spending around $13 ish I ate it however the trace of tomatoes on that sandwich has triggered my gout and i cant walk at present due to the severe pain.

Called them up and let them know and they dont give a crap tbh. So that manager whom ignored my request, obviously has no food handling training or to save money on not remaking another sandwhich has in my assumption ignored food handling procedures.

The young fijian lad was great he was empathetic towards my request but the remale asian manager by her being inconsiderate and trying to save a buck will cost this company more down the track.

The cakes here are to die for, my personal favorite cake is BAMBOLEO. It is my go to for any Occassions. Their miniature cakes are are very cute and appealing to eat. Wherever there’s a LeBon Choix I always sit down to order the Almond croissant and a regular cappuccino. So good. A must try, I highly recommend it.
