An amazing expansion to the LCS gym! Hot and Cold therapy spas, compression therapy room, sauna and massage therapy, Everything to cater for all your recovery and wellness needs! And to expand on the MMA side of the gym a new 9x11m matted area dedicated to the BJJ side of things, as well as the new full size cage. Not only will this be a great new area for all our martial artists, this space can be utilised by any of our local sporting teams interested in developing their teams recovery systems. This is an amazing new addition to Caboolture, something the Team at LCS should be extremely proud of.

As somebody who deals with poor circulation, the recent use of compression boots and contrast therapy has been amazing, I can visibly notice reduced swelling in my lower legs. Contrast therapy (hot/ cold baths) has worked wonders for muscle recovery.. very much looking forward to the long term health + immunity boosting benefits. Thanks team LCS 🙂

After a 9.30am Tuesday Ladies fitness class I enjoyed the hot and cold therapy spa's. I walked out feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend the spa therapy for muscle recovery and just a great way to relax and unwind.
