Laverty pathology was great! Amid the chaos of post Christmas testing, the wait time for tests was relatively short (we waited only 1.5 hours, started queuing an hour before opening time). Negative results were received 57 hours after testing. Great considering the strain NSW clinics are under!

Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 3:30pm
Saturday - Sunday: 7:30am to 12:30.

Simple set up where you either line up along the wall inside the long hall (20 people max. allowed in the first room). You otherwise line up outside the door.

The workers directed us where to line up which was helpful.

- Try to bring a license and Medicare card as that's what they ask for.

The next hall room where the swabs are taken has a 6 person capacity. The workers sanitised the area after each person, and directed us where to go afterwards.

It was quiet when I visited around 10am.

There are available toilets beside the hall and a ramp for accessible entry only at the entrance.

The staff were very kind and friendly, and informative of the process. However, HealthDirect and Doroveitch need to update their website and provide more timely information. It took me 4 days to get this test done because of outdated sites. We, the public are trying to the right thing but information is not timely or updated, especially when you believe there is no phone number to call as it states N/A. Their hours are Mon - Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm. Sat - Sun 7:30am to 12:30pm (as of this date). It is IMPORTANT that you take sunscreen, a hat, a chair, umbrella and water. There is no shelter from the weather AT ALL! And no seating inside. Only 20 people are allowed inside. Even the supermarkets are able to wipe down areas at the cash registers after people, that could be done easily with chairs inside here and I'm sure outside umbrella's could be provided. The wait time was about 2 hours, so 2 hours of standing after riding my bike 11kms to get there in January.

Well would've been nice to be able to see inside after standing outside in a queue for an hour in the cold wind to be turned away when you are almost in the door for a covid test......should be open for altleast 9 hours given the population of the area trying to do the right thing and get tested 😡
