The best b&b we've stayed in. I stayed here with my two sons. Jen and David are amazing hosts. We stayed in the tram - serene atmosphere, beautiful sunsets, lots of fun things to do (we loved the Frisbee golf!). Will be back.

I asked my son what the best thing was for him and he said 'the breakfast!' - so there you go!

Last minute stay on way to Sydney after Yass races and friends special bday - and were both so happy we decided to stop! The Last Stop is such a unique, picturesque and welcoming B&b! Jenny and David our lovely hosts were so friendly! Our accom - train 4388 was just amazingly comfortable complete with country views beautiful kangaroos and nature. The eclectic furnishings complete with vintage posters, comfy chairs and historic magazines was great! After a tasty country breakfast with piping hot tea and freshly brewed coffee, we left vowing to bring the rest of the family soon! Such a special place and so grateful we stopped!

We had a delightful stay at Last Stop Ambledown Brook. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and fun! The hosts are friendly and they made our New Year Eve visit special. The breakfast is tasty and substantial. We were also entertained in the evening and morning by a mob of kangaroos what allowed us to watch and take photographs.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay, so peaceful with lovely surroundings. Jenny and David are excellent hosts with helpful local tips and a delicious breakfast. Staying in a train carriage was such a fun and unique experience, it was roomy and comfortable for the three of us.

We stayed in the tram and from beginning to end this was a magical experience. Jenny and David are wonderful hosts and the accommodation is eclectic and quirky. The view is amazing and we were lucky to be there during an August Blood Moon which meant stunning sunsets and a wonderful atmosphere.

This place provides an unique experience of life in the 1930's through the paintings, advertisements and the environment on the train. Never before have I seen a hotel this astonishing in detail. It also provides you country life outside, with kangaroos, pigs and chicken. The breakfast is exceptional too, having giving you plenty of food with a restaurant like affair. Jenny and David are very friendly hosts. Too good!

I came to Ambledown Brook to get away from it all and spent some well deserved time writing in solitude. Everything about this place was perfect and I can’t recommend it enough. Jenny and David are wonderful welcoming hosts who provide a cooked breakfast every morning. The carriages are an incredibly unique and quirky experience. The moment I arrived I felt at home and relaxed. Definitely coming back.

Such a unique place to stay. We had a comfortable stay in one of the trains which had everything we needed. Full kitchen made meal times easy and plenty of room to spread out. Super warm heaters throughout and lovely views of the mountains when you wake up in the morning. David and Jenny the hosts are lovely and a warm breakfast every morning was lovely.
