Therese, the woman running our session was fantastic and made every effort to make things inclusive and fair for our guys. fantastic time for all ages and capacities. Recent 9 year old birthday, loved every minute facilities well maintained, staff very helpful guiding the kids when needed. A great spot for kids to get the chance to run, scream and have a friendly competition inside. Catering is taken care of with pizzas, drinks and party bags provided in the package. Highly recommend we did a Saturday session.

Perfect for kids birthday parties! So easy and all you have to bring is a cake! Kids are entertained the whole time and food is all organised. The children loved the pizza and soft drink and their Lolly bags were perfect. A blast for adults and kids!

Actually I was not able to swap my pack as we looked around for quite a while to find someone who worked there and to no luck. We were in a 2 level area and not 1 worker was supervising the kids and we were not told of any safety measures in case of emergency. And as the teenager was obviously not trained to deal with difficult situations like this as she was not equipped to deescalate these types of situations.
All we ask was for recompense for the failure of your electronics. Furthermore when we found a worker the game was nearly over. the only response we got was ‘it’s not my fault, what do you want me to do about it’. She did not want to give us another game for three. She did not offer any compensation .

With no apology or acknowledgment of your fault.

All I asked for was for this to be rectified with respect and in a timely fashion my 13 year old birthday party with my daughter and her friends were looking forward to laser tag for 2 months drove 3 hours and this is the service we got.

The service failed to see on the cameras that a pack and device was unlit. They failed to check there system to see if they pack was still active or if an error occurred . Then the girl was by herself. After 30 seconds she found me. The service failed as there was body on the floor during the game for medical emergency and errors or help. The system failed to still see after 1:30 minute ish that we were staying together going to different section. The service failed that they still had not checked their cameras or checked their systems for pAcks errors and no one was active on the area. We went to areas that was not suppose to be 2:30 mins near the other packs . They failed to check camera and system and not on the floor. 3 mins The service failed when I had to go through a random door and no staff were there they failed see us on their cameras .

3.5 minus. We found the staff room. double tapped the door first waited . No response. Failure of service to not hear us knocking. Failure to not check the camera. Not check the system of device errors. Second double tapped the staff door even harder. Waited . No response. Failure of the service. Thirds attempted at double tapping louder. Still no response. Failure to the service for not hearing not , checking cameraS , not checking system. It wasn’t until we opened the door myself that they attended to us. I am just glad this was because of a device malfunction and not a medical emergency. I thought whilst At the place that they would be monitoring everyone safety.

We had another 30 seconds and then the game ended.
I drove past three girls that all just turned 13 to this. And when we all emotional and upset
Over this first game and the lengths we had to
Go through.

If their was someone on the field not watching the camera or checking the device On the system. The change over would have been quick.

I want to speak the supervisor and said we were not happy with the service and faulty Device. I explained that , half of the group was out of game for about half the time because of errors on service we would like be compensation with a free game. Which she said no . I said so I am not going to be compensated at all. And she said no. I can I speak to your manager. She said no. And they when I ask for a refund she typed abit and said done.
What are you policy with these? Do have a person on the field ? Do you have person watching the cameras ? Do you have a policy with supervisor being so young, so deal with medical and complications.

What is your policy for compensation . Are you going to put any on these measure into training staff. Or updating policies.

Had my son's 11th birthday party at Laser Tag Wagga, the staff made everything so easy and were a pleasure to deal with. Kids (and adults) had lots of fun playing laser tag. We definitely recommend the team at Wagga Laser Tag for parties and events. Thank you
