A month ago I had a facial and extraction with Queenie, today I went again for a second time. Both times she was attentive and took the time to explain what she was doing, she was very professional and would definitely go again. Although she mentioned certain products that would be good for my skin she didn’t give me any pressure to buy anything, she also took the time to explain what different product ingredients can do to cater for my specific skin concerns. My face felt very hydrated and plump after the first facial session. I enjoy how she takes the time to do my treatments and isn’t rushed at all. The clinic is clean and I could see she washed her hands before and after treatments which is great to see good hygiene is practiced! Overall a lovely and positive experience ?

It's my first time going to laser plus clinic and when I walked in I loved how spacious and bright it was. The beautician, Queenie did a fantastic job on the extraction HF tratment facial and she took her time as well as a thorough job which I really liked. I did not know how much yucky stuff I had in my face which blew my mind(photo shown) and she also did a high frequency for my face (the red light thing) and I asked the beautician what that is for and it kills bacteria, reduces scarring and prevents breakout. Not gonna lie the next day my face felt so smooth and booked another appointment in 2 weeks time. Thank you so much to the beautician Queenie?.

I’ve been seeing Queenie for over a year now. She’s experienced and professional. The treatments are spot on and worth every penny. The clinic is nice, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend LPC for facials and other treatments.

I had laser pigmentation two times with them. I do like the treatment. Impressive! I could see the difference just after 2 weeks of my treatment. Compared to other clinics, they actually give the best result so far!

The only thing I would like to highlight is the standard of procedure. My first treatment was amazing. Whoever did my treatment, she knows what she does. She did the step by step and very detailed. She was knowledgeable and experienced.

Unfortunately, my second was a bit let down. It seems like she is new to the industry and doesn't have enough experience or maybe still learning. She looked nervous and confused.
She didn't clean the face before the treatment, forgot to get an ice pack to cool my face (I had to remind her), only did half face while I asked for full face and some spot wasn't lasered and some spot got too much laser than it needs to be (I have done laser pigmentation treatment for 5 years now, I know what to expect). After the treatment, she didn't apply sunscreen to me. I think it's standard for most skin clinics to apply sunscreen after treatment. (Even if this is not part of the service from the clinic, I only compare based on my first and second treatments experience).

it would have been better if all the aestheticians in this clinic were equipped with the clinic SOP for each treatment or if someone is new, she can be supervised by the manager.
