I'm disgusted with the treatment I have received from this clinic. Dispite being a loyal customer for over 6 years, the one time I have run into complications, the clinic the manager failed to compensate me fully for the damages caused by one of their negligent therapists.

I received a treatment for laser hair removal on an area that had previously not been treated, there was no proper consultation and the therapist failed to recognize my cosmetic tattoos before stopping the treatment. This resulted in the lifting and patchiness of my tattoo on my face.

I had a professional quote up the correction but the clinic still refused to fully cover my cost, dispite before and after photos clearly showing the damage.

I will no longer attend this clinic and would recommend anyone to stay clear.

Prior to my first session at the Rockhampton clinic I walked on in to ask the girls some questions regarding laser hair removal treatment. It was something I had always wanted done but I was not sure on the treatment process or how it worked. The girls were great at answering any questions I had and I eagerly booked my first session. My first ever laser hair removal session - being an intimate area - I was quite nervous but the girls were so welcoming. As a first timer I went through a consultation before treatment began. The lady doing my treatment was very informative and her information answered any questions I had - there was no grey areas about the treatment or after care. She was honest and said if she felt the treatment wasn’t for me she would recommend to cease rather than continue on - I appreciated this as I felt they were there to help me and not just take my money. Depending on the treatment you are receiving, you are getting up close and personal - the girls were so kind and easy going, so I didn’t feel at all uncomfortable or judged during my session. I definitely felt very well looked after. The clinic was so clean with good processes in place - teamed with the professionalism and knowledge of the ladies I was super impressed. I’m looking forward to my next session and seeing results! I’ve already passed onto my girlfriends my fantastic experience at the clinic who have considered laser hair removal but have been unsure to try it and they to are eager to come on in. Thank you ladies!

I am onto my second laser treatment at laser clinics rockhampton and I am so happy with the results. I wish I had done it sooner! The team is very accommodating, I had to reschedule twice last minute due to work and they were very understanding and rescheduled me without delay. Jen is fantastic! She was so informative and honest, she answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable throughout my treatment, regularly checking in on me. I highly recommend laser clinics Rockhampton, the customer service is exceptional and the girls are friendly and professional!

I did not rate my experience at Laser Clinic Rockhampton. My microdermabrasion cost me $110 and it went for 20 minutes. The beautician who did my laser kept forgetting what areas I had booked for and I had to remind her and each area was rushed over. I have been getting microdermabrasions and laser for years and this was my worst experience with both treatments yet.

The reception ladies are so kind and lovely, they always make you feel welcome without fail which is so refreshing!!
