I’ve been a loyal customer at this clinic for over four years, but my recent experience with Kate for my laser hair removal was truly exceptional and one of my best yet. Unlike previous visits, I didn’t feel rushed at all, and Kate took her time to ensure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. Jade and Klara both were so pleasant ☺️. I experienced the best service at the laser clinic. They both spend time with the treatments and focuse on the area that I wanted to improve on. Also suggested and advised of how to improve my skin quality and recommended products to use in future. My skin feels so much smoother after the facial. I really appreciate how you explained the benefits of each product. The massage during the treatment was so relaxing and I've noticed a real difference in since I started my treatment with the girls. You were very gentle/thorough/attentive.

I have been using Laser Clinics services for years and have always been happy with the service. However, after my last visit, I am truly amazed! Xavia is fantastic – she really cares about customers, makes sure they feel comfortable, and goes the extra mile to provide the best experience. Her kindness and professionalism are outstanding. Went to this store for lip hair removal last Friday. But the staff said my lip hair is too long and I had to shave it before I came. She said that is sensitive part and she can’t just laser remove it. Shouldn’t they shave for the customer? Also I called them to rebook and no one answers. Can’t book online either.

I bought 2 sessions for Microdermabrasion 5-Step worth $110 each. I had my first session in early January which was fantastic and had proper half hour session. I was satisfied with the treatment the lady gave me and results were fantastic. my 2nd session was on 1st Feb 5PM at parramatta westfield. The lady who did the treatment on that day named Sarah. She was so much in rush and she finished the treatment in 15 mins. I thought initially that she misunderstood and she may doing express one. I asked her and she told she followed all steps with so much attitude. I have spent $110 just for 15 mins treatment. she may think it’s all fun. I can’t see any results even. She was doing her job like she has to do forcefully. Even during that 15 min treatment, She was doing everything so slow. I would recommend everyone please don’t do any treatment with sarah.

Very bad experience.Stay away from these looters.Even after explaining my skin conditions one of the staff accepted and booked appointment and I paid full payment. On my appointment I was informed (after making wait for 15 mins) that I have to bring a letter from my doctor considering my skin condition. This would have informed me earlier so that I would have not fully paid for my session.i was not happy and asked for refund as they are not ready to do a session, again I was informed to bring a letter from doctor saying I’m not fit for laser , to give my money back. I did not experience such a pathetic service anywhere.only money minded. Will not recommend this to anyone.
