I had anti-wrinkle treatment and lip filler at Laser Clinics Launceston with Nurse Georgia. Her people skills were top tier, she made me feel relaxed, comfortable, and well informed throughout the entire procedure - not to mention the outstanding results I have experienced!
Furthermore, all of the staff at Laser Clinics Launceston were beautiful and friendly. From the moment I entered the clinic I was greeted with a warm smile, and kind, genuine conversation - it was an all around positive experience. I went on to book laser here, facial treatments, and have been very satisfied with every service. 10/10 ☺️

Don't pay anything in advance. You lose it if you cancel your appointment after the 48h cancellation period. Apparently the 'system' automatically takes the payment still. This sounds very wrong to me, as well as a slap in the face after being a loyal customer for so many years. I was trying to decide whether to start some facial treatments, this latest incident has helped me make that decision! Won't be coming back here. It's a shame, as staff are friendly and the services/treatments available are good, but clearly just a franchise and don't care what happens to their customers. Also, reminders of treatments booked in advance go to junk. When I realised they were using an old email address, I tried to get this changed and was told it couldn't be done! Total scam.

I noted at the time of posting the pattern of swift and defensive responses to reviews, so I’m not surprised by your reply. The simplest truth is that, like many before me, I have an experience to share about the Launceston Centre, and a clear theme emerges. I stand by my experience and my truth, just as you, as the business owner, have your perspective. However, labeling reviewers as dishonest does little to foster trust and only reflects poorly on the business....

Shoutout to Traralgon Laser clinic, their service and expertise are exceptional, especially with ensuring customer satisfaction at every follow up appointment I ever requested or needed. Amazing staff and service!!

Note to management of Launceston Centre, on review of your previous responses to any form of criticism you walk very close to the line of breaching or at least disregarding client confidentiality, sharing personal details of services. Also very bad form!!

I have had long term patronage with another laser clinic location previously, and have found the practices at the Launceston clinic are significantly disappointly different. Unlike other locations, there is no automatically scheduled two-week follow-up after injectable appointments. If you find that the service you paid a premium for does not deliver the desired results, securing a follow-up appointment in a timely manner is difficult as staff working on a casual part-time basis.

Requests to see alternative staff are refused, promised follow-up call never happened.. I'm still waiting and there is zero discretion for long-term clients who need to cancel last-minute due to legitimate unavoidable circumstances. Despite clearly communicating my dissatisfaction with a previous service, my concerns were met with complete indifference.

At this price point, a higher standard of service should be expected. Fortunately, for just a few dollars more, there is another clinic nearby that offers far better quality, availability, and results. I regret not going there a year ago—I would have saved a lot of money and avoided disappointing outcomes.

If looking in Launceston, definitely shop around if you want experienced professional service and follow up.

I have been having laser hair removal here now for the past year or so and this has been the best decision ever. My only regret is that I didn’t do it earlier.
I have had quite a few different girls when I have been in to the salon and they have all been super professional, efficient (did I mention how quick the services are) and everybody is always friendly.
I highly recommend laser clinics Launceston to anybody considering going down this hair reduction route.

Tried 3 treatments at this clinic and I can say i’m very satisfied with the result. Got 3 sessions of laser hair removal and the hair growth significantly slower. My complexion is so much better after 3 session of chemical peel and 1 session of microneedling. All the girls are so friendly and warm. But the manager Cate is the reason I won’t be going to another clinic, she’s got magic hands.. just so thorough making sure she gets everything and taking her time in every steps. I got completely different experience doing the same treatment from another clinic than what I get here. Totally recommend.

I actually have a diploma in beauty therapy and quifications in laser and use to work in a laser clinic in Sydney.
I understand how laser laser works, how hair growth works, I was trying to explain that I wasn't in maintenance.

I just want to say how professional the staff at Laser Clinics Launceston are. They ran me through the process of what was going to happen and what I needed to do to prepare for my treatment. The ladies there are very friendly and easy to talk to. The treatments are always on time when I arrive for my treatment and they always make me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend Laser Clinics Launceston.
