Had my nails done here for years with SNS and was happy until the last couple of times. The last few times I have noticed that the product is not the same as usual and scuffs and chips easily and also cracks across the SNS then splits the nail as well. Never had that problem before. If you want nails that look like mine only after 2 weeks then go ahead and get them done here

Omg love this place! Mimi is phenomenal & the rest of the ladies are so nice. Each time I go to see Mimi, I give her harder designs & she always does an awesome job.

First timer here and totally loved the customer service.Special thanks to Helen who did a lovely pedicure with a wonderful foot massage with a hot stone! And not forgetting Jinnie who advised me well and did a perfect manicure and shellac on my very own nails! Absolutely perfect!

Have been going here for pedicure and SNS for many years. About a year ago I found the SNS was chipping easily so I changed to a nearby nail salon. They too were fine to start with but it became hit and miss with the quality of the technicians work. I returned to LaRose and the SNS product was good again. I have remained with them till now, even though it sometimes felt like there was a big joke amongst the staff and you weren’t allowed in on it. My last visit was horrible. The technician was too busy looking everywhere else and talking to the other technicians than she was in doing my nails. So I was cut several times around my toenail cuticles and the nails were cut too short and round not square as requested. I asked another technician to do my fingernails. She said she would but did not. The first technician started my fingernails and I immediately, and repeatedly told her square/round not round/oval. I also pointed to the shape chart on the wall. She told me she knew what I wanted. There was no language difficulties on either side that I was aware of. Nearing the end of the process I decided I had to stop and get her attention. I pulled my hand away and said, “No more I wanted square/round. All my nails are a different shape.” Then the technician I had asked to do my nails came over and corrected the shape. My SNS is much thinner on the tips and my nails are shorter due to the repairs. At the prices you pay I think good customer service and workmanship isn’t too much to ask. It is sometimes hard to speak up but no more. I am taking my business elsewhere and I won’t be putting up with bad manners and poor workmanship again. There’s plenty of other nail salons out there!

0 stars if I could - poor customer service. Made a booking and was made to wait 1hr for a pedicure. Sat me down at the chair and went and attended to other customers who had just walked in and did their nails before mine. Will definitely not be coming back again. Why would you take bookings for if you don’t commit to them

There are two other nail places in Mount Annan mall but this is the best one. Lovely staff and alot of them so there is no waiting. They wax as well, I recommend
