Paul has helped both my husband and I in tremendous ways.

Me personally, I have suffered from vertigo for over 5yrs. I have tried so many different therapies, ENT specialists, no one could help me with my vertigo.
One night I thought I should try massage so went to google for someone local, that was when I found Lang Massage. I messaged Paul, he booked me in and off I went.. On arrival, Paul was very welcoming and accommodating. He asked questions about my general health, physical aches and pains etc. Paul actually listened to me and explained what he thought may be causing all this vertigo. We started the massage and as Paul was working on my problem area (the neck and shoulders), he was explaining what he could feel. He knew the problem areas and explained to me what happens when they get that tight/inflamed etc. I left with more vertigo BUT I was expecting this as I know too well that when we work the problem it can stir it up for a while.

I have gone each week since my first visit, I think I'm up to around 8 sessions now and MY GOODNESS do I feel good!
I am back to exercising, can drive my own car, I'm not having massive bouts of vertigo that are lasting weeks at a time. I honestly feel I finally have my life back.. Paul has been an amazing masseuse, I will not go to anyone else, I know Lang Massage is worth every cent.

As for my husband, he works in a physical job, sometimes working 30days straight. He gets alot of tightness, aches and pains. His knees and lower back were killing him over Christmas (he could barely walk and struggled to get up off the floor at 38yrs old). I messaged Paul and got my husband in for a 1.5hr massage. My husband said Paul's massage was one of the best massages he has ever had. Paul explained why his knees were so sore and worked on his lower back which relieved the knee pain immediately. The next day my husband's body was in perfect health physically... To be honest, I was amazed at how quickly his body sorted itself after Paul's massage.

We continue to go each week, we are really happy with the service and happy to support such a dedicated and knowledgable business.
