Lovely and clean unit. Very well equipped with everything that we wanted. Bed was great!! Lounge suite does need replacing in that particular unit. Reception staff were great and other staff members we came across were always friendly. Location was fabulous. Ocean views were very good and great access to restaurants and the Surf Club. Had a great time

We were on the 5th floor in room 564. Spacious balcony overlooking the beach and surf club. Room was adequate well equipped and bed was very comfortable. Check in was quick, friendly and easy. Not a complaint but a suggestion. The spa could do with a grab rail to get in and out. Deck chairs were scarce at times so perhaps the provision of say 6 plastic chairs (stacked up if not in use) would be helpful. We had a pleasant time until we had to rush out and drive back to Sydney because of cyclone Alfred.

We have been going to the Landmark Resort & Spa every year for a holiday for the last 6 years and as always our experience has been top notch. The service is great the staff friendly. The resort is right across from the beach and the shops and restaurants are just downstairs. The only negative we have is that the pool could be a bit warmer.

Fantastic location on the esplanade, directly across from the beach and within walking distance of wharf, shops, cafes and coles. An older resort compared to some of the others but very clean and fantastic value. Staff were friendly and helpful and we couldn't fault our stay. Our second time here and we will most likely be back.

We have ben to the Landmark many times. The location and views from the rooms are fantastic. The apartments are small but in the past the cost made them good value. Unfortunately, on this occasion, we've noticed the apartments are looking very tired and the beds sag. Hopefully an upgrade is on the horizon.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Landmark Resort. Due to Tropical Cyclone Alfred, we were forced to cancel our reservation as our flights were cancelled, and we simply requested a credit voucher to use for a future stay. Despite understanding their policy of no refund within 7 days of travel, we were not asking for a refund—only a voucher to return at a later date. Unfortunately, the manager refused to approve this request, offering no flexibility or understanding of the situation. Whether they issue a voucher or not, they get their money either way, so their refusal feels entirely unreasonable, and their customer care has left a negative impression. Will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Landmark!! The view from our room was amazing - the rocky pool, the waterfall, the town and the Hinterland behind. We sat on the balcony for hours at a time, watching Karl.
We had very good use of the pool and spas.
The rooftop spa and views were fantastic, day and night. We enjoyed a barbie up there.
Easy ground access to the eateries, beach and other things was perfect.
Only took one star off as there was a mistake with our booking on arrival, and we had no cleaning products in our room to disinfect the bench tops, wipe down raw food surfaces etc.
Will be back in the future. 🩷

I loved it at Landmark. Fantastic location, excellent facilities, handy having cooking and laundry in the apartment, great views from balcony, comfy bed and pillows. The rooftop spa and bbq area was lovely to watch the sunset from while cooking dinner. Will be returning soon
