Have been a number of times, service and massage was good, However the last couple of times I have visited I have had two different masseuse. The first one was OK but that is about it, the second one I had ,last Saturday was rude and the massage was very poor, I would go as fare to say she had no idea what she was doing. She could not speak much English, so I found it hard to understand anything she said so was very difficult to communicate with. When it come to payment for the different types of massage treatments she become very rude when I stated I could not afford that treatment. All in all I would give the business 4 out of 5. In the past going back about 2 or 3 months the service and quality of the business was excellent 9 out of 10. Would I recommend this business , No I would not.

Very disappointed. Most of my 1hr massage was done with one hand as she was constantly checking her phone. The music would stop every time a message came through.

Payed 80 for a hour massage and lady tryed giving my happy ending when I just wanted a massage and kicked me out after 45 mins never going here again

Great massage, very impressed with Flook as she gets to the right spots to relieve the discomfort. This was the second visit today. I was here a couple of weeks ago with fantastic results. The best massage I've ever had. Well done Flook.

First Time visit. I would usually go to another massage parlour close by from here but heard good things about Lan Thai.
Therapist is so warm in nature and welcoming with me and also for my school aged kids as i had to come after school pickup. I felt very comfortable and was treated highly.
I’m so happy to support my local business with excitement. 👌🏼
