Love the rain forest and its diversity. Around the Binna Burra section was the area we explored and although some of the trails where closed from recent storms, what we saw was amazing. Will be back again with more time to explore more trails.

Beautiful views lots of birds and a suspended walking bridge in the treetops. Climbing up the tree house is a must do. There is a nice Cafe with a great view and an opportunity to feed the birds.

πŸ‘:
-Quite a huge national park. One of the only few with a tree top walk.
-The walks are rather accessible and not too difficult and don't require much climbing. Suitable for children as well.
-There is also a wishing tree track that you can take. Do note that this is slightly longer and just a little more difficult than the tree top walk.
-Overall this is a good place to spend half a day trekking around.

πŸ‘Ž:
-The drive to the national park is very long from Gold Coast City.

I started around 9 am in the morning and it took me 4 hours to complete the 17km long Toolona Creek Circuit. I could have been much quicker, but with so many waterfalls it simply took me more time because I had to take pictures. What a beautiful trail, not difficult at all but be aware of the rivers and creeks you have to cross! Water resistant shoes are recommended. One of the best trials I walked and with the cooler weather the last few days it was a comfortable hike too.

Amazing hiking trails through unique rainforest. The box circuit is highly recommended for a half day out. Easy for an experienced hiker with lots to see and good facilities.

So many trails, we did the long one. We walked 22km but it was incredible. The paths were a bit dodgy, creeks to walk through, walk over a waterfall. It is just a huge trail full of waterfalls. I loved that it had lots of different challenges to cross in water etc, it made it really interesting and fun.

Nice hike on Lower Caves Track. Starts out with small incline and then drops down. Definitely a steeper climb back up. Can be a bit slippery when it’s wet. Definitely need good footwear. Great views across Binna Burra area. Highly recommend if in the area.
