Had a great little vacation with the missus and lil pup and was ecstatic about our decision to Check-In at Lakeside Inn.
The receptionist was very friendly in allowing me to relocate and upgrade from a room with spa to a waterfront Cabin.
The rooms were very tidy and well maintained and if there was any issues that needed to be addressed, the receptionist is just a phone call away
If you want something roomy, I would suggest to get a family cabin and in life, nothing is perfect. Just tackle it as you go <3 A great stay with great views and it made everything simply feel like home. Would visit again and recommend to friends and family! Thank you Lakeside Inn & Jenny

Found this place on Last Minute for an unexpected stop.
Arrived to find an absolutely filthy cabin. The smell was so bad we actually had to go and buy a can of disinfectant air freshener to get us through. Rotting wood, not just grubby but inch thick grime in bathroom. Outside along the lake was lined with rubbish and dead plants. Atrocious. Husband was unwell when we stopped so had no choice but to stay but left as soon as he was able!
DRIVE ON!!!!

Since last visiting about over a year ago, it is a shame no effort is put into maintaining or refreshing the property. Stayed in the cabin, which is a nice waterfront stay, and I love the scenery that we enjoy with the fur babies. The cabin itself needs a a little refurb, the smell not knowing what is used to clean the floors etc is dreadful. I had to open all windows and spray, there was broken glass under steps, rubbish and dead
roach under the TV bench. It's a tiny cabin and would not be that hard to clean properly to keep the hygiene to standard like cmon. In-between the lounge once opened was so dirty. Seriously, hose down your old rusty, and dirty chairs and tables outside, too. Disappointing. No care.

Stayed here & wouldn't recommend st all.
Grubby walls, holes in walls.
Insecure entrance door that looks like been forced at some time.
Thought bathroom looked nice till I found some long black hairs left on the wall inside shower.
Also was quoted $175 price with dog & charged $207 !
Definitely not worth that.
Barely a 3 star motel.
Would send photos if I could.

I can only review from my own experience. I stayed in the spa room last weekend and it was fantastic. Clean room, looks newly renovated. Due to this, there were some marks on the walls where old furniture used to be but just needed a bit of paint.
I would stay again, reasonably priced, convenient location.
Staff were friendly.
I requested 11am late check out, they were more then happy to accommodate

I’m so upset with this motel, i paid for 3 days our first day we had a call and family member was in an accident.
I emailed twice, my partner called numerous times we only asked for one night reimbursed and they just ignored us.

We were planned a long time ago to get away and this just made me feel awful.

Absolutely terrible, just don’t go there. We had a cabin lakeside, cockroaches, broken door, no sink, cladding over the windows, shredded curtains, incessant noise all night of banging cladding. Went to sit on the balcony & the screen door slammed & locked itself.. all our possessions were inside & the main door was open..

Definitely not an Inn. This place is a Trailer Park.
WARNING: Photos online must have been taken 40 years ago.
Feared for my family and myself hoping we won’t get sick. This place is a shack.
Ducted ac doesn’t work. One main wall unit in lounge room. None in the main bedroom. Second bedroom has a portable unit but no window duct so useless.
No dishwasher. A 50L bin replaces the dishwasher ?
Definitely not using the stove since German cockroaches have taken up residence.
Pulled out the sofa bed for my son and wanted to douse myself in Glen20. I hate to actually think what’s on the mattress and sheet.
Then I had to scoop out the dead cockroaches out of the pool before my daughter could go for a swim.
Don’t believe me? Check the photos out.

Paid over $400 for 1 night.
NEVER NEVER AGAIN

NSW HEALTH needs to inspect this joint ASAP.

Edit: Morning revealed worse….found a garden living in the gutter outside our room and shared accommodation with a grasshopper
