We would like to thank all the staff at Lakeside Banquet and Convention Centre for the fantastic night of Damian and Lauren’s Wedding. Dom the MC was spectacular and the DJ was also great. Food and service was just amazing and we would recommend them 100%. From the minute we arrived until the end of the night we just could not fault them. 5 star service all the way with Dom the MC just making us all so comfortable and keeping the crown booing all night. Perfect for big occasions such as weddings, 40th birthdays etc. Great size dance floor, room for about 150 guests approximately. Food was superb, car park is very big so no issues there.

The food was great, and the location was excellent. There’s also plenty of parking available. The newly renovated space is perfect for all types of events. I highly recommend it! I love the full black aesthetic—if you’re looking for something classy and elegant for your next event, you should definitely check it out.

Just had our wedding reception at Lakeside in the Lakeview Ballroom on Sunday 29/July/2018, and my new bride and I would like to say a huge Thank You to Brad, Stacey, and especially Domenic who helped make an extremely stressful occasion run so smoothly, from the moment we entered and saw the set up of our reception til the time we left in the hummer. Our Family & Friends haven’t stopped talking about our Wedding lol we’re still hearing about how much fun they had, how awesome the quality of the food was, how attentive the staff were, and how much they loved the whole look of the ballroom and atmosphere at Lakeside. We had Lamb Salad & Pork Belly for entree, Scotch Fillet Steak & Atlantic Salmon for main, Chocoholic Trio for Dessert and Pizza for supper and honestly that was well above restaurant quality eating. It’s not easy cooking for 250+ people and to get it spot on for everyone? Hats off to the Chef 👌🏽. We had Domenic as our MC for the night and the man definitely knows how to hype up a crowd and keep the night flowing. We can’t express enough how Grateful we are for all the help we received from you all especially the last minute things. I would 💯% recommend Lakeside to any and everyone because you definitely made our special day feel just that. We will definitely be back for our future events. Once again Thank you to Brad, Stacey, Domenic and the Lakeside Crew you guys are awesome 🤙🏽

We had our ceremony and reception organised here. Dominic has provided us an excellent service with many useful and helpful recommendations from Florist, photographer and videographer as well as Decoration. The communication with customers are excellent in order to make sure everything run smoothly on our special day. Food and drinks are tasty and table service are always great and professional. I know so many people got scam when they deposited money in the venue during Covid, but for Lakeside, you can trust them with money and service guarantee. They made our day so special and unique. I would highly recommend you that you will never regret to organise your wedding here. Their service is excellent and trustworthy 👍👍👍

Myself and my now husband Chris had our wedding at Lakeside Receptions. What can I say Domenic was truly the best and also was our MC for the night, he also assisted us with all our planning from the very beginning, he made us feel like family and made this whole process so much easier. I cannot thank the team at Lakeside enough, our waitresses Natalie and Elise absolutely exceptional service from them both on our wedding night.. they thought about every little detail and just made our night so much more enjoyable. The food was absolutely amazing I still have family talk about how good the food was that night, and to top it off our absolute favourite dessert which Lakeside nailed it with a perfect sticky date pudding - the best we’ve ever had !!!
