I had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms are brand new, modern, and spotlessly clean. I also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Highly recommend this place!

Was just sitting quietly inside with friends when the security guard suddenly pulled me out and accused me of causing trouble last week—which I didn’t. I hadn’t even been there in months. I was completely singled out, which felt humiliating, especially since I hadn’t done anything wrong. I tried to explain, but he just said he “never forgets a face” and wouldn’t listen. He was very rude, inconsiderate and unwilling to call the manager as I requested the manager.The manager came out too but didn’t say a word. Just turned back . She didn’t even wanted to know what was going.Really poor treatment and not what I expected from this place. Wanted to email or report directly to the owner but there was no contact information, so had to write a review

"I’ve been a regular visitor to this pub, always just playing pool and leaving quietly without any issues. However, tonight my recent visit after a few weeks, the security guard aggressively accused me and my friend of being involved in a fight the previous week — something we had absolutely nothing to do with. Despite us calmly explaining we hadn’t even been there in weeks, he insisted he ‘never forgets a face’ and continued to blame us without any proof. When we asked for the manager, she eventually came out but supported the guard without listening, then walked away without helping or resolving anything. The whole situation felt unjust, unprofessional, and frankly, discriminatory. A deeply disappointing and uncomfortable experience."

Very bad service. Unfriendly staffs and extremely rude security guard. was very rude with one of my friend ruined all our night . Picked a fight for no reason and starter shouting. very terrible service from the guy at the front door

Love this place good food, security guard ABDUL Indian fellow he is the best of best of all security guards. I met ABDUL on last Tuesday he welcomed and greeted me and I saw him managing place amazing very well checking ID, Patrolling around, while the other security guards specially on weekends they don't care or even welcome just sit inside car don't feel safe when guards don't care about the place.
