We stayed here for our honeymoon 14 years ago and absolutely loved it. It was beautiful, clean, had a great holiday atmosphere and we loved getting afternoon cocktails at the onsite bar. We have come back with our kids for some fun nostalgia and the place hasn’t changed .... not in a good way though. It literally looks like it’s not been maintained in those 14 years. It’s extremely run down and dated. Pool tiles broken, rusty, paving loose, fountains not working, sauna broken, lots of fenced off areas such as a deck by the pool due to it not being maintained, broken pool chairs, the restaurant/bar only open for breakfast, letters falling of signs, the room is extremely dated and things like the skirting boards could use a good wipe over but the bedding seems clean. One good point is the rooms are well equipped wifi is working and we can get Netflix for relaxing at night. I think the place has become more of a residential spot more than anything so not giving holiday vibes. Super disappointed, would not recommend.

Great place to get away from the busy cbd. But only a short trip away from all major attractions.

there 15 years ago and it was incredible so to now come back and see how run down it has become is horrible-. Apartment was filthy fans completely covered in dust cobwebs in corners light bulbs in kitchen missing chairs had hair on them bedside tables had sticky drink marls and dust on them. Grounds looked unkept. Left immediately and went elsewhere management just handed back refund didn't seem to care at all.

Had 3 varying sized apartments for a family of 10 on holiday. All three rangehoods were filthy, advised reception but heard nothing until I confronted Manager. Also oven broken in the largest unit so had no way of keeping food warm once cooked on bbq. Again no communication from office once they were advised until we asked what was happening. BBQ rubbish bins overflowing with blowflies swarming around. Son had to empty as smell was disgusting. Manager was made aware of all the issues but no apology only vouchers for breakfast which was better than nothing I guess. Cleaners need a lesson on our to do a proper clean.

The location was fantastic and the resort was well catered for . We had a self contained apt and it had everything you needed for the stay . It was very clean when we arrived . I would definately stay again and would recommend to anyone

Location is good, very central to where we had to be and not far between stops, can get annoying lugging everything up and down the stairs but other then that we have had a very pleasant stay

Perfect location for us with needing to be at the Tobruk pool every day for competition. It is in walking distance. We had a beautifully renovated and furnished 2 bedroom apartment. The grounds are very well kept and the pool areas beautifully nestled into the resort. It was nice and quiet. We would definitely return.

This resort has a lot of potential to be great. However what we experienced was mediocre in accommodation and service. Firstly the reception is closed the entire weekend. We arrived on the weekend and "for pool towels contact reception" didn't quite work. The apartment was OK but the second bedroom was so small it only just fit two single beds (no room for luggage). The teenagers were glad it was just a short stay. The exhaust fan and hair dryer didn't work but the main bedroom was lovely. Gate access to the pool was nice. I think the main problem is each apartment is individually owned so it is a bit of a lottery the quality you get. One person was checking out early as their apartment was full of mould and flooding. Another commented on how gorgeous their apartment was. Inconsistent! The pools are surrounds are lovely. Cannot comment on the cafe as it was shut while we were there. Access to the beam scooters was great as it is perfect scooting distance to town/pier. I would stay again if I negotiate the right apartment. The grounds are picturesque.
