My partner and I went camping by the riverside, and we were lucky to have clear skies today. The view from our tent was absolutely beautiful. However, it was also unfortunate that the group camping next to us was extremely noisy. From the moment they arrived around 5 PM, they were shouting and laughing loudly, which was very disturbing. At night, they continued with music, dancing, and screaming with excitement. While I understand they're having fun, it’s important to be considerate of others around you.

I’m sorry to leave a negative review, but it really depends on your luck with neighbors. I would appreciate it if the camp management could implement stricter noise control measures at night, such as having staff patrol the area to ensure noise levels are kept down and not disturbing others.

First time camping here , I had site 13 which was a lakefront site.
Beautiful view with its own fire pit.
I loved the location and I loved the scenery, the lady in the office was really friendly and accommodating.
The food was actually quite good from the office kiosk, had a bacon & egg roll.
The things I didn’t quite love about it was , the sites are pretty close together, some quite boggy, and the toilets were not that clean .
I think it would be very chaotic in summer time with all the boats and skiers everywhere, but winter time, not so bad. I think it’s just the luck of the draw with your neighbours, unfortunately we had a group of very loud disrespectful men who kept everybody awake most of the night.
If I went back again i think I would stay in the overflow part.

We went in a large group and booked two spots right next to each other, when we came. There was three Asian men that has taken the middle spot which was our spot and settled and camped there. We asked them nicely if that they have taken our spot and if they could move, they said they have already settled. We left it at that, one of the dudes came over to us and gave us some silly reason of why they had chosen that spot (something about not wanting to be next to noisy neighbours) we said okay. It kinda sounded like lots of justifying and no apologies from them, they know they’re wrong for taking our spot that we have booked, the area was marked and numbered. It’s sad that the people there have made me give them a bad rating. We called customer service and the solution was to camp elsewhere.

Great location, site are very small, I had to ask to change the site allocated to us as we would not fit either facing the lake or sideways on, so make sure if you book there you let them know you have a big setup

Great place to camp, dog friendly, pretty clean and well managed, old bathroom facilities but good camp office supplies and pizza for a lazy dinner.

This was the weirdest, most upsetting camping experience ever. My partner and I booked and paid to camp in the unreserved camping area, only to find that both unreserved areas were absolutely packed. Everyone is camping on top of each other, no one is considerate of anyone around them, it’s every man for themselves. We found a spot away from the crowd, but still, was absolutely trashed from the people that were there before us. We had dogs with us so I had to pick up the rubbish which took me an hour and a half. I filled 3 bags of trash. I told the people in the office after the first night and was offered 0 compensation. (They have since given me my money back since I emailed them) These sites are poorly managed, as other people have mentioned. We went out to get wood, only to get back and find that a whole group of people moved in on our already small area with 8+ people. I’ll never be camping here ever again. Biggest waste of 40 bucks, you’re better off camping on the side of the road. The view isn’t worth it.

It was my first campaign experience and it was an amazing experience. You will need to pay for the spot and we paid around $35 for 4. Nice view of the lake and surrounding hills. The staff at the entrance was really friendly and helpful as well.
