I didn't stay here, but my friends did while visiting me in Toowoomba, so we had breakfast here during their visit.
Food was so lovely and the coffee was superb.
Such a wonderful friendly team at the Cafe and so obliging and helpful to our needs, and service was busy but our orders came very quickly.
I'm so impressed that I sit here writing this review as I sit at the Cafe again for breakfast today. My new go to place.
The outdoor dining area is very pleasant and relaxing. Everything is always nice and clean. Thanks again for a wonderful experience

Look what can I say about this place?
From the moment I called about a room, the person was polite, helpful and nothing was an issue.
The morning I arrived, he was very helpful again and as I was completing some training downstairs, even bought my room key to me during a break to save me some time.
The room was very spacious, I've had flats that are smaller and it was very clean. The view was meh, but it's in a commercial area, so views are not what it's there for.
There are shops close by and a fantastic Cafe on the ground floor as well.
Checking out again was not an issue and just an all round, stress free stay.

We came up from Brisbane just for one night for a very early morning sports match.This place turned out to be perfect because:1. It was a very spacious 1 bed apartment.2. It was extremely clean.3. It looked like it was brand new.4. The location was excellent, a minute's drive from the dining precinct in town5. It was quiet6. There was on site sheltered parking7. The was a lot of CCTV which made the complex feel secure.There was no pool/gym etc but we weren't looking for that

2br apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient to Toowoomba city centre. Apartment was spacious and quiet with minimal road noise. Adjacent shopping centre was very handy. Secure basement carparking greatly appreciated. Contactless check-in and out was very easy - phone contact with Laguna reception was friendly and helpful. 11.00am checkout was a great bonus as well. Highly recommend.

The apartment was extremely clean and quiet. The balcony was good and sat out there rather than in the apt. There’s a cafe next door which we didn’t use. IGA and a spirit store 150 yards away along with a butcher and bakery.

Three (3) stars for meeting expectations and +1 star for exceeding them.
Neat and nicely appointed place. In a 2-bedroom one and no issues. Kitchen with fridge, oven/air fry/microwave combo and induction stove top. Separate toilet and shower shared between the bedrooms.
Good on site, underground parking. All secured with tags to swipe in.
Beds rather comfortable (and I'm picky).

These apartments are extremely clean & comfortable. They had everything we needed ALMOST. I am a person that requires assistance so booked because it claimed to be ‘accessible’ but when you we got there it didn’t have handrails in toilet or shower & my walker only just fitted through the doorways.
