Super happy with our stay at Lady Bay Resort. The room was spacious and had all the necessities plus a small kitchenette area with microwave and fridge. The view from our room was incredible, ocean in the distance and kangaroos in the fore ground! We ordered food from down at the bar and took back to the room. Food was delicious and fresh. We even spoilt ourselves with a massage from the spa, Bruce and Mar did an amazing job! Left us feeling very relaxed and pampered.

Awesome rooms, got at a cheaper rate
Sea view and awesome environment
Spacious and clean bedrooms
Enough facilities (oven, kettle, fridge, dryer)
Would prefer to have glass door for the bedroom to enjoy the proper sea view and a mat outside the toilet

Ignore everything but was a perfect stay for a night. Would choose again. Situated in a calm yet accessible area. Many beautiful and famous destinations nearby

My husband and I were going to stay in a spa suite that we paid $215 for the night for. When we arrived we met with the man behind the desk and there was also a lady. After the man explaining how to use the remote control for around 10 minutes we went to our room. Before entering the room the smell of Domestos hit us and then on entering it was that potent that we both started getting headaches. The bed was rock hard and we would not be able to sleep on it. There was mould on the bottom of the shower curtain, hence the bad smell of Domestos/bleach. We were not at all impressed.|We thought we would go get a drink at the bar and whilst we were there we looked into the chef’s kitchen and saw that one of the men there only was wearing one glove not two! This was absolutely disgusting as he was handling food. Please do not eat there as you don’t know if the food has been touched by germ contaminated hands.|We both told the man behind the desk about our grievances and he plainly said well we can’t refund you as you are already here! He did offer a credit for another time but why would we want to stay anytime? This I found to be disgusting and I did not like his attitude. When I told him about the chef only wearing one glove he replied ‘well I don’t think that you will be happy with anything and I think you should leave’.|This upset me that he would take that tone with me and I left.

Lady bay rooms have a coffee machine but only provide coffee pods at 10 for $10. Many of our accomodations in SA provided them free. Room service is $50 on request & fresh towels $10 per set unless you are staying more than 3 nights. No disabled parking bay available for level 2 rooms. Check in app apparently not working. King spa suite rooms are clean, modern and spacious with nice views over the golf course to the sea in the distance. Having 2 TV's incl 1 in the bedroom is most welcome as is having full channel foxtel. Swimming pools and floodlit tennis courts also available. The golf course was bone dry but would be lovely after some decent rains. In summary the Lady Bay beancounters have somewhat had their way over their customer service gurus whereas in todays competitive world that should be reversed. The road between victor harbour and Normanville is sub standard and that is being generous.

We had a fantastic getaway with my two kids! The pool was amazing, the food at the restaurant was delicious and affordable, and the views of the golf club with kangaroos hopping around were stunning. The room was cozy with a king size bed plus a sofa bed for children,a toaster, microwave, and coffee/hot chocolate sachets. Only negative was I wish the sofa bed was more comfy!!
Overall, a perfect little escape!

Great place, long way from the city but worth the drive. Nice facilities. Awesome staff. Only disappointment room was not serviced, that would have made a big difference to the stay.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay in room 204 at this resort - excellent apartment with perfect views over the golf course and its resident huge mob of kangaroos, as well as great views of the gulf, complete with beautiful sunsets. |We chose to have the Continent Breakfasts which were very generous and had plenty of variety.|The room had everything we required and the bed and pillows gave us very peaceful long sleeps.|It’s very close to the very safe Normanville beach which has white sand and turquoise water. Normanville also offers great dining experiences, especially the Aqua Blue Restaurant.|Would definitely return.

Great service. Friendly sincere welcome and guidance. There are no problems. I came in late and feeling very exhausted from the days travel and no one around. Found the restaurant and the man in charge calmed me down and found my accommodation. Well done.
