Loved my spa experience with Monica.
She was transparent, gave clear direction, and allowed me to feel relaxed. I had a full body massage, with some time in the infrared sauna.

I was nervous for my first ever spa experience. I don’t like new social interactions, nor having my body touched. I received a gift voucher for Labella Day Spa, therefore I was going to make the most of it. Monica reassured me. Her personable manner, knowledge, and honesty made me feel safe.

When I arrived Monica consulted with me about the expectations of the appointment, detailing the treatments and her recommendations.

She gave clear directions, and options to make me feel most comfortable. I started in the infrared sauna. We agreed on a time she would return, this helped me to relax. She provided water, and a jug so I could stay hydrated.
I would suggest placing a clock, stopwatch, or timer in a better view of the sauna.
I received the aroma-touch therapy message. Monica had soft music playing to avoid awkward silence. I didn’t feel pressured to make small talk, which I enjoyed. She occasionally checked in on me, to make sure I was okay.

Once my appointment was finished I was able to pay for my appointment with the gift card, easily.

Afterwards I was provided with some small pleasantries, and water.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, and booked another appointment to see Monica.

As an Aesthetician and salon owner myself I have a very firm understanding on the industry and services provided and I can assure you Monica is the best of the best. Her care and attention to detail is second to none. Her salon is absolutely beautiful and always inviting and evolving.
