Disaster! Booked a mani+pedi combo, but refused to pay full price at the end. My hands look worse than before I went there! See photo. Toes just repainted. You can’t call it a good pedicure, might want to look up what it means. I was done with pedicure in 15 min. That’s usually just the time they soak you in hot water to get the skin soft. Hands were dipped into a cold water for about 30 sec and then a cuticle softener was applied, but she rubbed it off even before it started working! Hurt my nails moving the cuticle, but if see the nails on the photo it’s not even trimmed. If for $75 all you do is remove nail varnish, touch up without really doing anything and badly paint a new one, you can’t call it manicure and pedicure. You also can’t charge for it that much! When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told to go away in a very defensive manner. The owner said I was there for a whole hour (!). I arrived at the place at 9:05, finished pedi with varnish by 9:30, sat there for 10 min waiting for staff to switch me to hands, was sent barefoot to the table and then at 9:50 I was done! Another 10 min arguing. What a lovely start of Christmas week 🥴

Woman who did my nails didn't speak a word of English. Another staff member had to speak for her. Did not cut my pinkie toenails. Barely buffed the rough skin on my feet. No foot massage. No obvious signage saying cash only so I had to go to woolworths for cashout. Dont waste your money, go to an actual salon!

Open, airy and comfortable nail salon. Popped in without an appointment for a gel mani, was attended to promptly and my nails turned out really pretty and nicely done. Will visit again.

walked in for an acrylic refill today and absolutely love how my nails turned out. they are the best quality set of nails i’ve ever had done, the time efficiency and attention to detail i witnessed today was fantastic. highly recommend

I am so disappointed with the poor quality of filing and painting. My nails are uneven and lumpy and the paint doesn't cover the full nail and reaches differently on all sides of the nails.
Would not recommend to anyone. Can't wait to get them redone somewhere else.
Additionally springing on me that cash payment was required after my nails were completed, not good business.

The professionalism, quality and attention to detail for my needs left me feeling so impressed with the attention to detail and great hospitality. Horrible experience today. The staff were abrupt, rough and insisted on arguing with each other in their own language. The lady complained about my dry skin. I won’t be coming back! Worst $55 I’ve ever spent
