My experience has been distressing and disappointing with with LAB Skin Clinic and Dr. Ossie. I’ve had to deal with complete lack of transparency, poor customer service, and what I perceive to be unfair sales tactics.

My concerns during the consultation were highly specific, yet I feel they were either misunderstood or deliberately ignored in favor of selling me a more expensive treatment package. As a young woman, I now realise that Dr. Ossie leveraged my vulnerabilities to upsell treatments that did not align with my actual concerns.

When I raised my concerns and asked how this treatment was addressing them, I was met with vague responses and deflection rather than clear answers. I repeatedly requested clarification, only to receive inconsistent explanations that failed to directly connect my concerns to the treatment I was sold.

The clinic’s responses are dismissive and unprofessional. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a reply.

This experience has left me deeply disappointed, not only in the lack of professionalism but in the ethical standards of this business.

I have sought advice from 3 separate reputable skin doctors who further confirm my experience of being sold a treatment that is not recommended for my concern, in fact it has made it worse.

They have stopped replying to my emails requesting for simple answers around my treatment plan and have refused to refund my pre-paid treatments.

I strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to do extensive research and be wary of high-pressure sales tactics. A trustworthy clinic will provide clear, honest guidance rather than pushing expensive treatments that may not be suitable.

I honestly have had a life changing experience with Dr Ozzie. I’m someone that suffered from severe acne scars annd pigmentation and after 4 sessions with Dr Ozzie my skin has never looked better. From texture to tone to deep pitted scaring my skin looks amazing and has changed not only the way I look but more importantly how I feel about myself. Forever grateful.

I am a 52 year old man who has been living with life long acne scars. I have darker skin which makes the scars appear awful and growing up, it completely destroyed my confidence.

By my third treatment with some fency machine, l saw the improvements with my own two eyes. The pitted areas and scars reduced in size and best of all, so many people tell me l have beautiful skin. Wish l had heard that growing up.

Last week, I had my consultations and undertook treatment at LAB Skin Clinic and it was the best decision I've made. For years I've had an outbreak of Milia under my eyes and around my cheeks which recently had gotten the worst it's ever been and made me feel super insecure. I had visited some clinics before but never found one that matched my comfort, needs, and expectations until I discovered LAB Skin Clinic through a simple Google search. Their website contained detailed knowledge and information reassuring me these professionals knew exactly how to look after clients like myself with this concern. Instantly, I had this gut instinct that LAB Skin Clinic was the best choice for me.

The team at LAB Skin Clinic are absolutely awesome! Dr Osanda, Mary, and the receptionist were all so kind, friendly, warm-hearted and welcoming. They're highly knowledgeable professionals with experience in what they do and care a lot about their clients. They provided excellent service, especially Mary who treated me. Mary was very patient and made me feel super comfortable during the whole removal process. The process itself was a manual extraction using a petite lancet and loop extractor, causing little stinging. A week later post-treatment, my skin is the clearest it's ever been and my scabs have completely healed!

I am very happy with my results and am very very grateful to the team at LAB Skin Clinic for all their help! I had a wonderful experience, especially having bonded over our love for dogs with the team! I highly recommend visiting this clinic as I am so eager to revisit it for future concerns and treatments! Thank you heaps!!

I have been a client for approximately 9 years and always found that Lesley ensures her business is run professionally with the highest of hygiene standards and the latest and greatest equipment and treatments which she trials on herself so that what is offered really works!
You can trust that any treatment or product has been thoroughly tested before introduced.
It is also the only Clinic I know of that exfoliates and moisturizes after a leg wax!
The Clinic is an ultimate luxurious and relaxing experience where you’re always made to feel welcome on arrival, with a seat and a drink offered, and the level of service always a high standard.
There have been a number of occasions over the years I have arrived at the Clinic with a medical condition not even thinking they could offer a relieving treatment, however, Lesley is always there with a suggestion for a treatment that accelerates the healing of these conditions.
Chloe and Donna are highly experienced and knowledgeable therapists who offer even more value to an already exceptional Clinic. They are both so lovely and nothing is ever too much for them.

I really enjoyed my first experience at LAB skin clinic , very good service and friendly staff .
The atmosphere of the clinic was very relaxing and calm. I had a good analyse of my skin and a lovely treatment performed by Donna.
She was very professional , caring and gave me good advices regarding my skin care .
