My wife an I spent two days at La Mer and would like to have stayed much longer . The ocean views from our apartment were amazing . Our apartment was very spacious for a one bedroom and had everything we needed. Secure private parking is on the ground floor and the pool area is lovely and quiet. The location is fantastic , with easy beach access ( the beach is very quiet compared to the main Noosa beaches). The local surf club was the best we have visited during our month long trip .It's also very close to excellent cafe's and restaurants and short drive into all the other areas of Noosa. There is a convenience store nearby. Staff were friendly and responsive, including during the booking process.|Highly recommended.

Very good accommodation as always, although the living room furniture needed a bit of tlc. Also, the carpet was quite stained at the entrance to the main bedroom. The elevator was out of action for maintenance during our stay. Not a major problem per se, but we would have liked to have been informed prior to our arrival so that we could have carried out pre-arrival case load adjustment instead of having to struggle up 3 flights of stairs with very heavy cases. After emailing the management, they did then provide a porter for the penthouse residents (if required) for the rest of our stay. Our 14th visit and we enjoyed our time there - as always. However, we missed having one of the building managers to chat with at the beginning and end of our visit. We didn't particularly like the new (to us) impersonal external key collection system - especially as there was someone in the office when we arrived. Much improved internet speed now for any essential business comms.

I had a dreadful experience with arrogant and obnoxious staff. The woman with her legs up on her desk told us to leave and they would refund our booking. This has yet to be confirmed.
We had booked a penthouse room but when we arrived we were informed the elevator was broken and the room was up 3 flights of stairs. I had knee surgery recently and this was not welcome.
She offered us to look at a ground floor room and we were willing to look at this but when I tried to get more informative details other than her map of streets and an abrupt “go around the street and up the stairs” she was unhelpful. I questioned the vagueness of her instructions and asked her to show us. She refused. Then I asked for more detail, She repeated her instructions. I asked for more detail again. She told us to leave and claimed we were disrespectful. The opposite is the case. She was arrogant and vile.

The apartment was very spacious and looked out onto the beach. There was everything that we needed and had a carpark which was covered. Getting onto the complex was a pain as I needed to call for the code to the lock box as the text never got to me due to begin on a NZ phone. An email would have been better. There was a free bus into Noosa during the holidays so there was no stress in driving the car there

We were in room 19 it is very tied and in need of a good clean. We were there 7 days and it’s only serviced every 8 days and I think that was a bit unreasonable. The lounge is stained and the Linen and curtains had rips. The view is fabulous but it was very unsuitable for us as we are elderly and it’s hilly and uneven walking. The parking is also tricky. Luckily they have Jake managing things as he was a very calming influence

We enjoyed our (off-season) stay here. A nice roomy and clean apartment with great ocean views and a couple of balconies, although it is looking a little dated in parts. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking for larger vehicles can be tight. Location is great, just across the road from Sunshine Beach SLC (highly recommended) and local shops including a General Store, coffee shops (Sunshine Social is outstanding; avoid The Deck), eateries (the fish and chip place is good) and two bottle shops. It's a quiet sort of place.

Im a regular at La Mer for the Noosa tri week end. Its such a nice place, very clean, well laid out, close to everything and brilliant staff. I highly recommend at any time of year and will be booking again for the next Noosa tri. Thanks to all the staff for a great experience

Good option for staying in the Noosa area, right in front of beautiful Sunshine Beach. 5 mins to Junction and 8 mins to Hastings by car where all the action is, but distant enough where it's peaceful. Apts are spacious and contained with excellent views of the Pacific.
