We recently stayed in unit 1 and were really disappointed. First of all there is no air conditioning or fans in the other two bedrooms which made it feel very uncomfortable for our children to sleep in. The small pedestal fans that they supplied were dusty and full of rust, the extra blankets they provided in the cupboards had food stains on them, one of the power points in the main living area was faulty which could have easily burnt the unit down and the extremely small hot water system would last 2 minutes max before it ran out which meant that we all had cold showers. It was definitely not the right size system for a 3 bedroom apartment and when we complained to the managers of the building they told us the owner was aware of it but won’t do anything to fix it! The location was great but that was about the only thing that we liked about the apartment unfortunately. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed 10 nights in unit 5, on the ground floor. Beautiful recently renovated 3 bedroom apartment spacious living and kitchen areas with a lovely view of the beach from the balcony. Great location just metres from the beach and easy access to the main Hastings Street. Warm private pool and spa. Weber BBQ and two loungers plus spacious table and chairs on the outdoor balcony that is partially covered.|Only negatives were the bathrooms were a little small, especially the middle one (the apartment has three separate bathrooms all with walk in showers) and the sliding motorised door for the basement car park was noisy early in the mornings (at about 6am) which seemed to be when the guy who maintains the outside areas arrived daily for work.

Booked an apartment for 3 nights with family (4 adults and 4 children) in Unit 4. Location was great right on the beach and direct access to beach and boardwalk area. Managers at check-in gave us access to heated pool next door which was great. The pool at 86 (next door where La Mer is was small and not heated). Apartment was in need of maintenance especially in bedrooms and there was a very old rusting fan in kids room with bunk beds which was disgusting and filthy. No fly screens in any bedrooms and NO A/C in the whole apartment. Second bedroom had no light in fan and all fans were dirty so we didn't want to put them on. Wont be back as way too many other apartments in Mooloolaba that are better value and clean.

Apartment was nice and clean, location was fantastic, however they are a bit stingy on providing toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and anything else. Just be aware that you need to buy everything

Cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances 35 days before holiday arrival date but they took deposit anyway. You can cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival date as per the terms and conditions. Won't give it back. But don't bother emailing they won't answer you. In fact they block your emails.||||This is a copy of terms and conditions from where I booked:||||Cancellation terms and charges||Up to 30 days prior to arrival, loss of $100 deposit paid per room, or the total booking value if that is less than $100||Between 14 days and 48 hours prior to day of arrival check-in time, 100% of total booking value.||Within 48 hours of standard check in time, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. ||||I advise caution when dealing with these people.
