Definitely all 5 stars services and environment!!! Great breakfast and beautiful scenery~~~ Kind and nice people serve with passion and love.❤️ I forgot to take my phone charger away in my room and the reception find it for me and mail to my apartment. Extraordinary experience and great great appreciation. Will definitely pay a visit again!

I don’t typically feel the need to leave reviews however, I took my bestie away for a girls trip and must say I made the right choice with this hotel. If it weren’t for the twilight like weather I’m sure we could have enjoyed the stay even more but it was cozy and warm and exactly what we needed. Most outstanding part was definitely the service. The ladies were so welcoming and kind made the experience all the more special.

The manager lady was rude and made everything about our stay one of the most unforgettable experiences ever. She went out of her way to show how much “power” she had. She managed to have my wife in tears, all she cares about is her self importance and not the customer service. We used to eat there on a regular basis but will never be back while the self important bully is employed there…. Such a shame because without the manager it could be a great place

Found this cute motel randomly while scrolling on google maps. Never regretted booking this! Although my wife and I booked this for a weekend trip away from Sydney, we had the time of our lives! It was really quiet and away from the bustling crowd of Sydney and yet the staff made the stay feel so comfortable. The weather was cold which was great. It did drizzle abit but they said there’s only a bad choice of clothing not weather! We also booked a private hot tub session which is free and together with the weather, refreshed our bodies! Definitely will stay with Kyah hotel anytime I’m in Sydney!

We had read the reviews before we booked so we knee that some people seemed to love it and others not like it so much. We really liked it and would go back again - sure the bathroom was a little tired, but everything still worked well. Room was nice, staff were really friendly and thoughtful, and the room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast was also rather good. We will go again.

Over all a pleasant stay. Clean, simple, but comfortable hotel room. AC/heating was good, and fast wifi was provided.

I have to agree with other reviews about the lighting. I didn’t mind it too much, but my wife had a harder time given her vision impairment which makes it hard to see in darker environments. That said, we were there to sleep so not a big deal.

I wasn’t aware the restaurant was shut on the public holiday, but given location it wasn’t hard to source something from town.

I was told a simple complimentary continental breakfast was provided in the mornings. I was surprised how much better it was in person. Pastries, toast+condiments, cheeses, cold meats, etc were all there for the taking.

Looking forward to our next stay!

Previously dined at Blaq restaurant and a few months later stayed for a couple of nights. It was a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the amenities. It was great to not need a room key. Unfortunately we were there during gale force winds which did rattle the windows quite loudly in our room. Also the lighting was quite dim in the bathroom even with the magnifying mirror since it kept dimming on its own. Otherwise can't fault it. The continental breakfast was lovely with a good spread of breads, meats and cheeses as well as pastries. It was a shame that the restaurant is only open from Wednesday thru Sunday so we didnt get to eat there but hopefully next time we will. Staff were also very nice and accommodating.

We stayed for Mothers Day with our adult sons in a family room. Right from the lead up we found everyone especially Jessica very attentive, professional and helpful. All the staff were friendly and hard-working, a well oiled machine. We loved the spa and sauna, definitely an added bonus. The breakfast was ample, tasty with lots of variety. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfy. We will definitely be back.
