We got married at Kullindi in early September and absolutely loved it. I'd been looking for a DIY-style wedding venue that our family and bridal party could all stay at for the entire weekend and Kullindi ticked all our boxes on top of being in an incredibly beautiful location + surprisingly affordable.
Tony could not have been more helpful in the planning of our day and was brilliant at recommending vendors (Shoal busses are great for bringing guests to and from Huskisson).
The property is charming, rustic and completely unique. There are kangaroos just hanging out 24/7 and the sunsets are insane.
I can't wait for another excuse to book it!

I wouldn't recommend staying here. In the main house, the carpet was damp all the way through the house and there was a strong smell of mould. In other rooms, there was visible black mould on the ceilings and walls. The towels and sheets provided were stained and old. There were cobwebs inside everywhere, broken sliding doors, broken shower head, filthy curtains and broken furniture. The place needs a massive overhaul. The wood on the actual homestead is rotting, this place should not be available to stay in. Out of our group of 13 people, 3 of us slept in our cars because of the stench of mould. Unsafe and unclean.

Kullindi Homestead is a magic place surrounded with nature and wildlife. We rented the whole place to celebrate our birthday with 30 of our friends last month and it was perfect : large grassy area to host all activities, private access to the river, really nice courtyard with jungle vegetation, and comfy houses. We had a really pleasant stay. Be careful though that the homes are missing a bit of equipment to cook, and that there are neighbours, the owner lives in the site, no music after 11pm. Otherwise everything was perfect ! Thanks again 🙂

If you love the outdoors and a unique, private and beautiful setting this is the place for you. We recently held our event at Kullindi and guests can’t stop talking about it! The fact everyone could stay, that there was bbq facilities, a fireplace in the main unit. It was truly spectacular and great to make a whole weekend away. Not to mention - being close to all the walks and nature of Jervis Bay. Can’t wait to come back. We had wonderful dealings with Tony who answered all our questions and was very accomodating. Thank you again

We stayed there over the weekend for a family birthday. There were 15 of us and not one person was happy with the facilities. The property would not pass the health codes and people shouldn’t be staying there. It was old and run down. Every room had issues including mould in the carpets, walls and ceilings. Old and worn out furniture. Stained walls. Cobwebs, spiders and bugs everywhere inside. Mould throughout the bathrooms. You could smell the mildew and mould in every room. So many parts of the property were broken, door handles, shower heads, furniture. The property is not sleepable. We had 3 guests sleep in their cars. Two other guests couldn’t even shower because it was so filthy. The linen was old and damp. The bed covers were dusty. Every plate, utensil and cooking materials in the kitchen were filthy and all had to be scrubbed before using them. The curtains were old, mouldy, dusty and stained. It is like the place has never been cleaned. The locations is fabulous but the homestead is unliveable. No one should be paying money to stay there.

Our daughter held their wedding here and Tony could not have been more helpful, accommodating & kind. The venue is perfect ! Large grassy areas for ceremony & a marquee, and great accommodation options from the rooms to pitching a tent. Tony was able to give recommendations for hire companies, caterers and alcohol service. Beautiful surrounds. Thank you Tony for your generosity in sharing your home.

Great location however the homestead itself is very tired and needs a lot of work. Nevertheless it was a lovely stay.
