4.2.2023 - Thank you so much to Sophia and the team for helping us throw our amazing wedding reception. The venue is beautiful and spacious. The food was incredible. Lots of drink choices. The bar is large and the bridal suite is perfect. Sophia takes care of every guest and was able to help us throw together final decorative touches the day before. Very happy with Krystal Function Centre. Highly recommend.

I had my wedding held at Krystal function centre on the 06.10.2024.

I was very disappointed with the outcome and did not enjoy my reception.

Sophia and Maria were great at communication prior to my events and made us feel comfortable and at ease.
Prior to our wedding, we discussed the importance of ensuring that tea was served throughout the night and even paid $500 extra for this service. However on the night, this was not done. Post wedding, family and friends voiced their disappointment that they missed out on this service. The team at Krystal function notified us that this service was done.
I asked if I could see this footage to which I received a reply of “ Nick advised that our VSS records up to 11.59pm Thursday's and then the surveillance is recorded over again from 12am Friday's, so we have new records for the weekend. Unfortunately as of 12am today we do not have the videos from last weekend”
This was disappointing however they were able to refund us.

Younger Maria was in charge of my wedding reception and seemed very flustered. She did not have a great attitude and unfortunately I had complaints from family that she was rude.

Another disappointing experience is that my cake did not get served to guest. I had paid for a cake to serve 200 guest, yet at the end of my wedding night, Maria handed me a box with 150 slices of cake.

I still don’t have a proper answer on why the cake was not served. Having an excuse that guest were dancing and was not seated did not receive a slice. However my dad sat by his table all night and did not receive a one.

Again very disappointed and if only I knew this would happen, I would have not booked with Krystal Funtion centre.

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Krystal Function Centre and it was an amazing night. All of our guests had a great time and we we have received so many compliments. The food was superb and the service was perfect. We could not be happier!

Sophia went above and beyond for us, even arranging a solution to what could have been a serious problem and ensuring the night went according to plan and was a fantastic evening. We would both personally like to thank Sophia for her efforts.

We have also been to several other events here and every time the result is the same, a fantastic evening with great food and service. We 100% recommend this venue to anyone , you will not regret it!

I have no words to describe that how much efforts Sophia and her team from Krystal Function Centre did for us. She was amazing in every aspect and made our function great and it was just another level. I am really thankful to Sophia and her team for doing so many efforts to make our wedding reception so memorable. Again we would highly received them if you want to make your event a memorable one.

I attended a black tie dinner for my church last week along with around 240 others. I have a number of dietary restrictions and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Matt an hour before the function. He identified himself as the chef from the Krystal Function Centre and was checking on how best to accommodate me and ensure that he was able to meet my dietary requirements. I organised a table of 10 and all my guests made favourable remarks about the delicious food, all served hot and in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The decor and ambiance was second to none.
The only negative was the music as it was too loud to have a conversation but the DJ was an outside operator that the Function Centre had no control over. Perhaps dinner music would have been better and to save the loud music for dancing to at the end?
All in all we were very impressed with this venue and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to hold a large function. Your guests will be very impressed.

Sophia and the team at Krystal were so helpful and accommodating for our wedding. Even in times of stress, Sophia talked me through everything and managed to calm me down.
The food was absolutely amazing and the hall exceeded all expectations, it was absolutely stunning.
We are still receiving compliments and how much of a good time everyone had a weeks later.
I couldn't recommended a more suitable venue for your wedding. Food, service and friendly staff was incredible.

We recently had our wedding at the Krystal Function Centre & it was not only the best day of our lives but choosing this venue was the best decision we made! We were so impressed with Joanna & her team that my husband had to thank everyone in his speech because we were blown away & beyond happy with everything. The venue is stunning & the food was amazing. We are still getting comments about how delicious, fresh & tasty the food was. Joanna was amazing throughout the whole planning & we are extremely grateful for her help along the way. I couldn’t recommend the Krystal Function Centre enough. Amazing!! ❤️

Krystal Function Centre is the place to be! My husband and I got married and had our reception there last Sunday and we are still starstruck with how perfect and magical the reception was.
We have received sooooo many compliments on the whole day, but especially the food.

The whole reception ran smoothly, was stress free and was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't fault it one bit. I remember sitting at the front looking around and I started to cry because everything was just so perfect and magical.

Nicole and the whole team went up and above! All the staff were great and were so welcoming. They took care of us and all our guests. 100% recommend!!
