Love the managers. Very friendly and helpful. The pool is great, neat and clean camp kitchen & toilet/laundry facilities. Heaps of clotheslines which is great. Some permanents but they are quiet and friendly. Grassed areas and pool is a bonus. Perfect spot for the Tamworth Country Music Festival as it’s away from the hussle and bustle. Pool and shops in Kootingal if you don’t feel like going into Tamworth. Free sausage sizzle and entertainment for Australia Day Eve.Highly recommend

Loving living here. Sonny and Kev do too. The park is a beautiful and quiet place to stay. Short or long term. I'd gladly recommend stopping and enjoying your stay. Charlie, Deb, and Kayden Definitely make you feel welcome . World's best puppy sitters too ?

Great spacious grassy van park, sites large, roughly halfway between Bendemeer and Tamworth. Short drive into kootingal shopping precinct, sometimes noisy at night due to trucks on highway. Amenities dated but tidy and well stocked, swimming pool on site, prices reasonable especially during school holidays. Convenient highway van park.

A good place to stay before found a worker accommodation, not really expensive but good facilities, got a pool, shared kitchen and clean toilet and shared bathroom.

I stay at the caravan and it's so comfy, can be up for 6 people but will be too crowded, 3/4 people is perfect.

We loved it here ?

Pulled up picked our spot. Alf the manager is awesome and welcomed us like a friend. Very easy going laid back caravan park. Great views of the hills and country surrounds. Has a pool ?‍♂️ Kitchen and clean ammenities. A quick 3 minute drive down to the shops and pub. 15 minutes to Tamworth

We pulled in for the night....so,so welcoming and easy-going. No problem for us to stay hooked up 15 metres plus. Love the laid back approach. Nice grassed site, next to a Jacaranda tree. Pool was a nice surprise. Support the small parks when you can so we don't lose them.

Had an absolute blast with the young kids staying at the park over the few days we went up for the Tamworth country music festival. The park is quiet, incredibly clean, the management are so nice, friendly and really helpful and the permanent residents always have a smile on their face. Short drive from the park to tamworth, we are definitely rebooking for next year.

Warm welcome, very friendly park, great location on Highway, easy drive into Tamworth.
Vans are facilities dated but okay. Few basic necessities missing which would make stay a little more comfy.
No real cooking utensils available so had to purchase cutting knife, spatula/egg lifter, serving spoon and chopping board to get us through the week.
Also separate fly screen on door would be really helpful too. ?
