Exceptional service. We came in at around 12.30 am at night for a very late check-in, and staff welcomed us warmly, and they were just waiting for our arrival(we called in asking for a late check-in beforehand). Felt good about the choice after driving for 7 hours, for sure. The room was very clean and came with free mini bar treats. Secure underground parking was one of the main reasons why i selected this hotel. Definitely, Knightsbridge will be the main choice for me whenever i will be travelling between Melbourne and Sydney. They were kind enough to allow a late checkout for us, too.

Knightsbridge Canberra was the perfect place to stay for a recent business trip. Prior to arriving, we called ahead and staff on reception were incredibly helpful to ensure I had a place to take other virtual meetings scheduled prior to our check in time.

Staying just the one night after driving up from Sydney, the room was large, comfortable and well maintained. The snacks on offer were a lovely touch and the room had all the amenity you’d need for business travel. Relatively secure (locked after hours), free parking was a wonderful bonus. There were so many things within walking distance which meant we were spoilt for choice for breakfast the next morning.

Overall, one of the best places I’ve stayed for business travel and if I ever need to be back in Canberra for work, Knightsbridge will be top of my list.

We enjoyed a lovely little getaway from end of December through til the 2nd of January.|Excellent location in lovely leafy Kingston with an abundance of restaurants, cafes, shops and the most amazing Supabarn supermarket. 15 minute walk to the lake (Barton precinct) with more restaurants on offer.|Hotel room spacious and well appointed with the bathroom especially large. Decent sized balcony. Pool is small but does the job for a summertime cool down. Secure parking under the building and street parking also available.

We booked a hotel room but upgraded to an apartment, which was more spacious. |Loved the kitchen and made our own breakfast in the mornings, which more than covered the extra charge. |Kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and coffee machine. |Apartment includes washing machine and dryer which we did not use, but ideal for longer stay. |Bedroom was comfortable though bed is only queen size. Nice to have TV as well. |Wifi was good and connected easily from previous stay. |Apartment was perfect for our stay on one week. |Tip: book directly with hotel for best rates.

I’ve stayed at the Knightsbridge twice. And on both Occassion stayed in the superior room and the only reasons to why i returned is
1. The customer service especially from Tien. She even went and got my daughter a gift out of work hours to give to her!!! Absolutely outstanding and amazing human.
2. The cleanliness of the hotel I have bad OCD so I wipe everything down with antibacterial wipes and I can say not even one dust is visible.
3. The location and parking availability
4. Unlimited water and chocolates and apples available.
Thank you again guys we cannot wait to come back again! One of the best hotels I have been to and I’m a frequent traveler.

Great Stay, but Not as Soundproof as Advertised

We recently stayed at Knightsbridge Canberra, expecting a quiet and restful stay based on its 4-star rating and the claim of soundproof rooms. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was not as effective as we hoped. We could clearly hear noises from adjacent rooms, including people blowing their noses and chit-chatting, which disrupted our peace.

Despite this, the room itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, being very close to restaurants and shopping areas. Additionally, there is unlimited water and chocolate available at the reception, which was a nice touch. There is also plenty of car parking available.

Overall, we had a good stay, but the lack of proper soundproofing is something to consider if you’re a light sleeper or value a quiet environment.

We enjoy our stay in the hotel as well as Canberra so much!Location is quiet and easy to find. Bed is very cozy and comfortable, we both have a good sleep. Room is clean and tidy. Nice staff. If there is a small platform/table in the large bathroom would make it better.

The service was outstanding. Thankyou to Alinka, Tien and all the staff. Free parking, and individual lockable bike cages - excellent! Very clean, well maintained apartments. A box of tissues would have been good. Couldnt get iview on the TV. Room 213 was great for a single person, lovely and light and airy. But did only have a queen bed. Kingston shops 1 block away. Thanks for a great stay. 4.5 stars out of 5.
