Unfortunately our stay here was not as hoped. We stayed for 6 weeks while our new place was getting finished however our booking was not extended as requested so we had to find other living arrangements with 2 little kids last minute. Additionally no notice was given for the continual construction going on in the apartment above, loud music played from the caretakers apartment in the evenings, very little cleaning was done during our stay only really changing sheets and towels, washing machine overflowed in the bathroom twice, drier overheats constantly as no venting, apartment didn’t have some of the necessary items for a serviced apartment for example saucepans or cooking trays, the oven (and entire apartment) is so old it hardly works and furniture is not ideal for little kids. The location is lovely so it was a real shame.

We booked a superior 2 bedroom for our stay with our two teenage boys. We arrived before 10am and were lucky enough that we were able to check straight into our room. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and helpful. We were in 204. It is one of the side /corner apartments. It has a long corridor where the bedrooms come off and then the kitchen/dining area. It has a smaller balcony, but big enough for two people to sit comfortably for a coffee or sunset drink. Our apartment faced the city and the view from the living room/kitchen windows was amazing. All up the apartment is a comfortable size. Kitchen was well equipped. Laundry was fine, both bathrooms were a good size. No air con in the second room but it was ok temperature even in December. Some road noise. Our boys loved the tennis court (borrow racquets and balls from reception) and pool, and we used the bbq to cook dinner. View of the river /city was spectacular, even at level 2. We used the free City Hopper ferry transport and paid ferries to get around. Easy walk to Coles (but not super close - 1.5k) and New Farm Deli. Good walks along the river to New Farm park or into the city. Double shot across the road was good! Easy delivery of food via Uber Eats. Free wifi, we accessed Netflix. We enjoyed our stay and love the location and tennis court.

Kirribilli Apartments are located on the Brisbane River less than an hours walk to Brisbane CBD. Alternatively there is a free ferry to the city from the Sydney Street terminal, approx 200m away. The apartments are clean, spacious and excellently equipped. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and living area as well as two TVs. The apartment came with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.||||This would be ideal for a family who wanted to dine in - the shopping centre is about 5 minutes away by car and there is a great little coffee shop over the road and several places to dine at not far away.||||For those travelling by car there is on-site parking.

Had a fabulous time staying at Kirribilli’Oxlade drive new farm . Best possible location right at city cat station: you can go anywhere in Brisbane from there. Stunning walks along river. Saturday markets at new farm park. Staff at Kirribilli’Oxlade really helpful and make absolutely sure you have a good time..apartments roomy and really comfortable. Have everything you need.||Although a little dated they make up for it with comfort and helpfulness. Can’t wait to come back.

Very friendly welcome, lovely people. Fantastic views from the apartment. The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need, a little bit older but spotlessly clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. A lovely pool in the gorgeous New Farm area

Stayed at Kirribilli Apartments during a stay in Brisbane. I spent two nights there with my mum in a 2 bdm self-contained apartment located on the Brisbane river. The staff are lovely and helpful and the apartments are roomy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Management is friendly and very helpful.
Facilities are amazing, with pool, sauna, nice lawns and tennis court. Also with easy access to public playground and walking path along river.
Coffee shop across the road is excellent

(Apartment I stayed in ONLY) Average - bathrooms (x 2) need some updating especially the shower recesses. Located right alongside the Brisbane River, if you don't have a car it's about 45 minute walk into Brisbane (working clothes) but very scenic.||Apartments self contained so Reception is closed 2pm Sat up to 8:30am Monday, so if arriving outside 8:30am and 4:30pm on other days you need to provide a mobile number so Reception can leave you access code to keys. There are no cafes or eating places in general location that are OPEN Sun through to Wed.
