Loved our stay here for a few nights! Cozy room and a fantastic location. Staff were the highlight, very friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the manager Emile and receptionist Tessa. Very lovely people and helped us out a lot with any issues we had during our stay. Perfect for a quick visit to Sydney!

This is a small boutique hotel, well located in a thriving, young vibe neighborhood with tons of shops that cater to this residential neighborhood. Next door is Jamie's Kitchen which is the nicest breakfast spot in the neighborhood. Although one is 1k to downtown, it is an easy straight shot to so many of the best attractions Sydney has to offer. The hotel itself is inexpensive but is clean and friendly staff make it very accommodating for anything you ask for. It is a walkup. The rooms have good working AC and heating. The rooms are very small but have a fridge, iron, hair dryer and phone. The hotel has excellent WIiFii. The bathroom has tiled shower with good hot water. The fixtures are all modern. Note the bathroom is very narrow. The queen bed/mattress and pillows were very comfortable and there was very little noise. Overall the staff was attentive and genuinely sweet and professional, we felt we had great value staying here and would do so again!

Amazing location, so convenient to get around next to king's Cross station, price was great, service was very accommodating as I had a festival starting before check ins and would finish at around the latest check in time and they helped us out with that. The room was good, not a resiculasly amazing faboulas room, but it was still good. Would definitely recommend and likely be there for any future Sydney trips

Terrible accommodation that could be excellent if the property was maintained and cleaned properly. Broken fittings, stains, dirty and doesn't look like the photos that must have been when everything was brand new. and the room stunk On top of that the service is terrible.
Also, paying for a "Superior" room simply gives you a small and cramped bathtub.

Will never stay in this noisy hotel again. Arrived at 1:42pm and had to wait till exactly 2pm to check in. Beds are good, pillow are the $20 things available at woolies. Carpets are disgusting, A/C operated at one temperature only, bathroom tiles were broken, cracked toilet bowl, broken toilet roll holder. But it’s the noise from rooms next door and slamming room doors all night long that made sleep virtually impossible. This place is cheep, but good luck feeling cheerful about it. Never again!

HOTEL is near by restaurant and transport facility also available.
Need to walk a bit for Bus(big bus)and Metro.
Quality of room is good. Have fridge,iron and hair dryer. Good one for 3 - 4 days stay in Sydney.
Breakfast starts at 8
No lift only stairs
But the hotel people are kind and they help you out in that way.
If looking for Indian restaurant Malabar and Govinda both are walkable distance.
Malabar is good as you have Dosa,Idli and other rice options also.

*No lift / elevator. Very handy location, friendly service, room comfortable and tidy. Cafe in same building. Didn't realise there was no lift until first time I went up to my room. This needs to be noted clearly on descriptions/advertising.

Avoid this place at all costs!
The staff are friendly but they are unhappy to help with any complaints and won’t compensate.

Issues experienced:
- The room was incredibly small and overpriced. The photos provided on the website were much nicer.
- This was the most dirty and uncomfortable rooms I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve booked hundreds of accommodations.
- There was mould, dust and stains everywhere.
- There was a function down stairs which wasn’t advertised or mentioned to us and they were blasting loud music until 1am. (This was the worst part)
- The doona didn’t have a cover and was covered in stains
