We sent our dog to Kip Canberra for the 3 week training program. He's a sweet boy and tries hard, but at 40kg of pure muscle when his puppy excitement kicked in he was too much to handle. We tried our best to train him at home, but he needed that extra attention to get him over the line. We picked him up two weeks ago and he is a changed man. He walks so politely and really listens when we give him direction. Money well spent for a happy life with our Duke.

We put our senior dog there for a 10 day stay and got a phone call on day 6 to say he wasn't coping in the lower kennels and approved the move to the senior rooms. At an extra cost. Which we where happy to pay as we discussed tjis when dropping him off.Then the next day we got a phone call to say he isn't pooping or eating and is has been for 3 days. I don't understand why they didn't tell us the day before this. We approved a for them to give a him something to help him go to the toilet. Which we where charged for. We suggested a walk on the lead and paid extra for this. The next morning day 9 of his stay our daughter got a phone call to come pick him up. Due to that we where away on holidays. And was not advised to take him to the vet for not eating or pooping only for sores on his elbows which he got while in there. Because of this advise we made the decision to take him home to have sleep in his own home before taking him to the vet but he only made 2 hours at home before dying. If the had of told us on the first phone that he wasn't eating, pooping or sleeping. We would have taken him out earlier. He was in good health when we put him in there. And have had not follow up phone calls since advising them that he has passed away.

It is so rewarding to be able to leave Harley at Kip Canberra knowing he is safe and being loved on by the staff there. Would happily leave Harley with them again. And I have a stress free holiday with pup updates too

We left our two much beloved fur babies (1 canine and 1 feline) for five weeks in the care of the very capable and diligent staff at Kip Queanbeyan. The staff noted our dog was not eating as well as expected so this was communicated to me with a proposed plan which worked a treat. Every couple of days I would receive an email with photographs of both pets and their antics which was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend Kip Queanbeyan and their beautiful staff.

Picked up Maxxy yesterday after a boarding and training stay. The training he received was awesome and I feel it’s set us up for long term success. We go back next week for a follow up training session and I know I can reach out to the trainers any time. I’m really happy and excited to continue learning with Maxxy and the Kip trainers.

I know Kip is highly recommend, it’s why I booked my pup in.
My experience from initial engagement to final day wasn’t the best.
I emailed requesting a quote, received a call, posed additional questions and never heard back. Called back to book him in, staff were very helpful and informative. Discussed my dogs dietary and exercise requirements I was advised that it’s noted. Quote received but didn’t include the additional services requested. Called them and I requested their Bpay or bank account details. Finally received those and I paid the invoice (7 days before accommodation) to ensure my puppy had his spot. No receipt or email notification was received acknowledging payment.
Dog sitter drops puppy off, payment is requested. I call to speak to them and log into the portal at the same time. The details I was told would be there had disappeared. The details I’d input had also disappeared. Apparently their system doesn’t acknowledge direct deposits.
Kip appear to be having systemic issues with their administration how can you trust someone with your treasured pet when the basic administration of the organization is questionable.
I’m sure they’re great, but that was NOT my experience.
Id like to add the pics I’d received were not great and only showed my dog and the background I did see looked like he stayed in an enclosure his whole stay.

Kip Canberra is fantastic. Our dog is always happy to go there and when we go to collect her, she always washed, happy and healthy. All the carers do a great job of looking after your puppy.
