The apartment was very tired, only 1 bedroom had A/C, another bedroom didn't even have a fan. The mattresses were absolutely shot and the pillows were flat. The washing machine would trip the safety switch. The lift and car park is like a sauna. Paid premium $$$ as it was Christmas, feel very ripped off.

We booked 3 units for a Wedding and was very disappointed with the office staff on how unprofessional they were. Look I understand that they are busy, but we were there for 3 nights and they still could not solve my issue with my refund as they had overcharged one of the rooms. It has taken them over 4 weeks to get my refund back which was only yesterday after I had to call the head office in Sydney.
The location is 5 star for sure, there are a number of unsafety issues within this complex. The front security gate at night did not work and we advised the front office staff. There were a couple of dodgy looking guys in the foyer each night and felt very unsafe. The gym is going to be reported as it was very bad and unsafe.
The accommodation was ok as it was not cheap to stay here. There were a lot of unloved items within the units and maintenance to the units need attention. They should not be charging these amounts if the units are average. I think the 4 star rating on booking.com could be looked at for sure.
Whoever runs this complex seriously needs to look at reception staff as all guests that were staying there and the owners of the unit need to spend some money on their units also.
If they fix these items, this complex would be amazing as the location is perfect.

Won't be staying here again. Amazing location but that's literally the only thing this place has going for it. We were told they had lost our booking upon check in. "Noone under that name" and then told we were "lucky!" They had one room left with no working toilet but would get would get a plumber. So stressful when we booked months prior for a family holiday. Extremely dirty. My son got sick from all the dust while we were there. Rudest reception staff. Noisy of a night time. The list goes on. Don't do it to yourself.

So very disappointed in this place, I booked and had to cancel. My booking was fully refundable up to the 5th October the day before travel. I cancelled on the 29th of September, had paid half of booking. They stated that the refund will take up to 24 hours, it took to the 9th December.
It’s been months of phone calls to the resort, Expedia group, my bank and Alloggio group and everyone was ‘passing the buck’, I started to believe I’d been scammed and was made to feel that why for months. Reception was hopeless and kept telling me they would pass the information on to the executive, Dakea Lee, who never rang me once.
My advice to anyone that reads this, don’t book at this resort. The most disgusting service I have ever witnessed.

Amazing!
The building it's self isn't anything fancy. But it's great.
Big long table inside and out.
Floors are easy to keep clean.
What I loved most about it was its location. It's so close to the beach, and the lifesaver flags are just a short stroll up the beach.
It was such a lovely trip

There was no BBQ, though, which I feel is all it's missing

Appalling. Everything run down television not working at all. Filthy presentation did not appear to have been cleaned for ages. Found an empty biscuit packet under the couch coffee cup stains on glass topped coffee table and feet marks on the side of table. Floors dirty crawling with ants. Went to use fry pan and it was full of oil from someone else. No one fixed the TV during our 4 day stay. Beds weren’t made up for 2 couples as promised. We stayed in 3 bedroom unit. Was absolutely disgusted. And don’t even get me started on structural issues and water leaks and lack of wifi. Wifi works until about 7pm then minimal patchy service. Will NEVER return.

I have stayed on many occasions over the past 10 years. Haven’t stayed in over 4 years and it’s looking very tired and needs a complete renovation! There is mould on the bathroom ceilings and on the blinds. The couches are falling apart, holes in the walls, water leaking from the bathrooms
into the hallway and the tiles are stained and lifting off the floor in the kitchen. I had to go through and wipe down all the hard surfaces and vacuum the floors as it was not clean! The fans have a nice thick layer of dust, absolutely gross.

Horrible!!! Don't stay there and safe your money!

Nothing was clean. When we arrived everything was dirty in the entrance area to our apartment. It was wet and muddy. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was spacious but that's about the only good thing we can say. There were dust balls underneath the bed. The window seals have never been cleaned there was dust and spiderwebs everywhere on the fans on the windows on the floor literally everywhere. The bathroom and the showers (both - we had two) were dirty and gross.
We complained that our apartment has not been cleaned and asked for a proper clean. The maid took 20 min for a „proper" clean! It was just disgusting to be honest. For $650 a night you can at least expect a clean room. The receptionist told us they don't have enough staff to do a proper clean. In my opinion this apartment hasn't been cleaned for a long time! The place is pretty run down yes it's older but that has nothing to do with how clean it should be! I have a dust allergy and it was nearly impossible to sleep for me. The only good thing about it was the location that's all.

It’s definitely not a „Resort“ the pictures speak for themselves.
