Lovely clean and all amenities needed but could of had more coffee sachets and supplied tea as well.

No reception & keys collected from a lock box. Apartment refurbished, clean & functional. 5m walk to beach & town centre. Cast to smart tv & aircon in lounge.

Good location, but definately not 4.5 stars. Could do with an update with Manchester, bedspreads are years old, cushions were faded and dirty. Could do with a good clean, although showers and bath were clean. Sink was dirty, photos online were nothing like the one I got . Kitchen draws were dirty, had to wash utensils before I could use them. I have travelled Europe a few time, there motels and apartments are spotless, why can't Australia do this.

It says secure parking on their website however this is a lie because the garage door is open 24/7 and you can smell the bins all around the outside of the property.
Also there is a heater for the pool but it wasn't turned on/working which at this time of year would have been very nice

Very Happy
I have stayed in a number of the apartments. They are all different and they will have different Atmosphere.. Always been clean and fresh. Beds are comfortable.
Management is very helpful.

Service was impeccable. We were greeted by the most kind and helpful male staff. Room was lovely, clean and had everything and more that we could have needed! Kudos to the lovely staff who managed to get us a room in short notice. What a beautiful stay. Can not speak highly enough of our experience.

This unit was booked for 6 nights over Christmas and was great for our family of 4 to prepare and enjoy our Christmas. Whilst we had the only non airconditioned unit, this was never an issue as a lovely breeze comes through the large kitchen window and the doors which open on to the balcony. There are ceiling fans in the living area and both bedrooms. There is a sea view from the balcony and you can hear the ocean from here. The kitchen is very well set out with most things you would need. The in unit laundry was very much appreciated and the buffet style unit in the living area contained additional glassware and crockery. The pool area is at the rear of the property and is fine but not one of the more outstanding features of the property. ||Management is definitely outstanding. I had a couple of conversations with Cathy leading up to our stay and she couldn't be more helpful. A thoughtful surprise on our arrival was a Christmas card and a Toblerone waiting for us on the table! I meant to thank Cathy personaly for that!||The units are within handy walking distance to Bulcock st and the cinemas/shops/markets etc. Having said that Caloundra is pretty hilly and this property is on a hill so if hills are an issue...||Finally, we were on the 2nd floor and as there is no lift, it might be an idea to either request a ground floor unit or not bring as much stuff as we did!

I needed a place to stay for just 1 night in order to catch up with some friends visiting from overseas. I contacted Cathy at Kings Way and she was able to accomodate me in between bookings.||I was happy with the price and wasn't expecting too much but when I arrived I was really pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless, modern and had absolutely everything you could need for any length of stay. ||We were in room 7 (2nd floor at the beachside) which looks like it has been recently renovated and had a generous balcony looking down Dingle Street to the water. Whilst the view is not absolute waterfront it was enough to give that relaxed holiday feeling.||I found Cathy to be so easy to deal with and not at all cranky like some onsite managers can be. She was friendly and seemed to enjoy her job, which shows in how well the building is maintained.||The kids have asked to come back for longer next time and being so close to everything I know it will make for a great extended stay.
