If you are looking for a restful vacation don't go to this location the garbo the street sweeper the beach sweeper arrive EVERY DAY at 5am then at 7 am the building of a new block of units arrive that goes all day. Our unit had not been updated for many years plus the sewerage smell coming from laundry and bathroom was overwhelming. We won't be back

Location great ..towels and sheets clean …that’s where it ends. Don’t pay extra for level 2 view of ocean you get building with a glimpse over top to ocean. Unit in desperate need of refurbishment kitchen cupboard doors don’t close ..blinds don’t work ..curtains torn and marked ..lounge wet stains and smells..ensuite very outdated stepping into a spa to have a shower..carpets marked. No office all by phone.
Thankyou to the lovely cleaner who came to see us not much She could do on a run down unit 6. At $200+ a night don’t waste your money.

Decided to get away from Brisbane at the last minute and were lucky enough to find this accommodation. Great location to the beach. We stayed on the fourth floor which had a fantastic view of the beach. Plenty of space for a family of four. The apartments are privately owned and I think the one we stayed in needed a bit of an update. Although the linen was clean it looked like it could do with a replacement. Bowls, plates etc.. needed a wash before we ate off them. I'm sure this was from the last person staying in the apartment but I feel it should have been checked. The pool area was the only let down. All together it was worth the stay and I would stay again.

On checking in to Kings Row we were advised the carpets would likely be wet as they had been cleaned that morning (despite us having booked 2mths prior to arrival), not ideal but we accepted it. On entering the apartment we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious it was, especially for the price. |The view was incredible and the sound of the ocean at night was great. The proximity to everything was excellent.|Our first disappointment was the smell from the drains in the laundry (and the main bathroom). Next, there was residue (I assume from the carpet cleaning) on the tiles in the kitchen which was very unpleasant to walk on not to mention extremely slippery but a quick mop over with the mop provided and that was sorted.|We decided on an early night and some TV in bed, however we couldn't get the TV working. The living room TV had Foxtel however the broken couch was extremely uncomfortable to sit on for too long.|The bed was like concrete and we ended up putting all the spare blankets (which could have done with some laundering) under the sheet to try and create a 'mattress topper' ....................it didn't really help oh and when we took the mattress protector off we found a tag off a pair of womens underwear!!!! Next, the pillows were very flat so we grabbed the extras from the single beds in the 2nd room (imagine my surprise at feeling something not quite right and on inspection finding an instruction book for a small camera) inside the pillowcase!!! Clearly they had not been changed and the photo will show how grubby and thread bare they were. On to the ensuite, which had a spa. I filled it the 2nd night and when I turned it on the scum on top of the suds was disturbing, needless to say I didn't use it. |Would I recommend it, probably not. Would I stay again, probably not. I didn't expect the Ritz for the price but at $130 per night I expect it to be clean. |

We had a 3 night stay in a 2 bed apartment on the ground floor. There is a lift from the secure basement park so any floor is fine. Security was good with all exits locking (door intercom if you forget your key) and key access to the basement lift.
It's 2 minutes walk to Kings Beach, 7 minutes to the top of the main street and 5 to various restaurants. Our apartment was well equiped, clean and larger than any we have stayed in at Caloundra. Great for a family stay or couples.
