As a frequent FIFO between Sydney and Launceston, I often stay here for its great location, amenity to the airport, very friendly and helpful staff, can't beat the rates and it has everything I need. A special shout-out to manager Graham who recently came to my rescue by going above and beyond in helping me out after a very delayed interstate flight due to storms by arranging for an after-hours access for me. That was a HUGE help and saved me from either staying in my car overnight or a very long drive in the dark for a 4 hour return trip. A VERY BIG thanks to Graham for helping out a damsel in distress. Finally getting upgraded
Awesome location but has just been a profit pit for owner. Must be the only pokie venue in the North that hasn't put upgrades in for its patrons

Room was very basic, I knew it was when I booked though. There is a communal bathroom that can be used. Price was fantastic, I thought. Even though they do take a $200 cash key deposit for a $50 room. Get deposit back when departing if all is well and good. No meals here.

Thought I did a review but not showing up! Took one of my grandsons here for a week day lunch last month. Was only $10 or $12. I had Fish and Chips, Jordan had Ham Steak and chips. His meal in particular was very generous for the price. He's a big eater (14 y/o) and struggled to finish it. Two large steaks and crispy chips. ||Service was friendly and efficient. Dining room spacious and comfortable. ||Great value!

The bistro had great staff - friendly, polite and attentive. But the meals were ordinary. |Corned beef (tough, fatty with a poor range of veggies), Stir Fry (tasty but with very little chicken in it) & Fish n Chips (ok but with little flavour / taste to the fish). Pretty simple meals but poorly done and took a long time to come.|Nice venue but we won’t be returning.

Hubby and I had lunch, Parma and salad, so yummy we ordered and our meal arrived very quickly service was excellent. And drinks went down a treat on our visit. Look forward to next time . Parking was not a problem as there is lots of spots.
