King George Square Xmas markets I'm sorry but they were bad. For a big city and a Xmas market that specialises in local handmade surely Brisbane can do better? A couple of generic food trucks some stalls and a surprisingly good orchestra with a great vocalist BUT set up on the top level above Pig Whistle so you couldn't see or enjoy the band atmosphere. All I can say is I'm glad the trains are only 50c it was the best thing about the night.

Over the years I’ve seen this building in different lights, literally! Always beautiful always a sight to see no matter the skies whether moody or sunny, if there was one building that could attempt to sum-up the history of the city, this is it!

Always loved the king George vibe for the festive period, but this year it was disappointing with tons of stalls and no place to watch the show on the city hall or even take a pic with the family in front of the famous big tree 🎄
