This morning I had a foot and leg massage followed by a lymphatic massage. My therapist was so very friendly and I have never had such a wonderful massage before. She truly has magical hands. Never had a massage in my life until 2 weeks ago and WOW !!!…This place was a wonderful first time experience. I booked on a Sunday morning for myself and two adult daughters (whom had also never experienced massage in a shop setting) The lovely lady at the front desk spoke with each of us individually to see what we would like work on. I chose a gentle full back massage which was done with warm oil. I might add I have had some issues with a pinched nerve in my lower back so was very anxious about letting someone touch this area …but those magic hands new exactly where my issues were and at first I felt some pain, amazingly I stepped out out of there pain free?…I highly recommend this place $50 for 45min massage was so worth it. Next time I’m going to add dry needling and keen to try cupping as well. Parking is ok depending on time of day a location is surrounded by restaurants and amongst other shops and service shops.

I was unfortunately 10 minutes late to my 20 minute appointment because I accidentally went to the wrong store but the staff were understanding they still took my appointment and gave me the best service ever. The therapist I had was Sylvie and she did a wonderful job loosening my shoulders. I will definitely rebook and bring my mum with me next time. Thank you so much Sylvie!

I've now been to both Kim's locations (Burpengary and Dakabin) and can say they are excellent. Staff are friendly and super professional. Very attentive and able to accommodate your needs and circumstances (injuries, medical conditions, areas of focus, pressure level, techniques). Hi-Caps machine means no need to lodge a claim with your private health/extras and you are only out of pocket the gap which is very convenient. I love that they are not located inside shopping centres and don't open directly onto busy thoroughfares; it's always a very peaceful and private experience. I would definitely recommend either location to anyone considering a massage; I know I will be returning in future for sure!

A perfect combination of body wisdom of East and professionalism and care of the west. There are so few commercial massage places who truly take time to listen to you and customise each session accordingly. So far I have had three therapists treat me for my ongoing issues and all have been wonderful. Highly recommended.
