I had an incredible stay at the Kimpton Margot in Sydney! The location is perfect, putting you right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, making it a cozy and welcoming place to return to each day. One of the highlights was the complimentary happy hour—such a fun touch! The drinks were fantastic, and the atmosphere was lively and enjoyable. The staff were warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. I can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our weekend staying at this beautiful hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. It’s a fantastic bonus to be able to bring your pet. We will never stay at another hotel in Sydney now that we have discovered this gorgeous hotel. Our room was spacious and super clean and comfortable. The food from Luke’s Kitchen was delicious and the cocktails from the bar also great. The whole place has a cool relaxing vibe. Great location. Such a fabulous hotel that we didn’t want to leave. Thank you to all the amazing staff.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Dimitri, the doorman. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. His warm and professional demeanor made me feel right at home. Dimitri provided excellent local recommendations and always greeted me with a smile. His outstanding service truly enhanced my visit. Highly recommend this hotel, not just for its great rooms and food, but also for the fantastic staff like Dimitri.

In General The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations, offering a wide variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere for my stay.

The reception is nice. She speaks very well. Calm and accommodating.

The location is within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

The rooms are well kept. Bigger rooms are available for big groups.

Really nice hotel, stylish decor and well appointed rooms. Breakfast is good, staff are friendly.

Didn't look at the pool (winter).

Only small gripe is the lights in the room are different by the bed and the entrance so it's complicated to turn some of them off (all or none is fine, but leaving specific lights on like the bedside table isn't obvious).

My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Kimpton Margot Sydney. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet, and the hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, particularly Dimitri, the doorman. I would absolutely recommend the Kimpton Margot Sydney to anyone staying in the area!

Firstly, I want to talk about the lovely decor. You walk into the building and it exudes luxury. If you love art deco, this is the location for you.

Guest experience was probably the highlight of our stay. Familiar faces from our first trip a couple of months back was comforting, a positive addition to the overall atmosphere during our stay. Kenza, who helped arrange this stay for us, made sure that everything went smoothly during our stay. A note welcoming us to the hotel was a nice personal touch. My friend and I made use of the social hour where complimentary wine, cocktail and mocktails are available for guests. Extra points for the mocktail as not everyone drinks alcohol, but it was nice to have a drink with my friend.

Any question I had was answered and the hotel staff from front desk, to Luke’s Kitchen, took all questions seriously.

What really sold the stay for me was the early breakfast service at Luke’s Kitchen. I am an early riser and like to eat and read to start my day. Sharing a room with someone makes this hard. This was not an issue at Margot Kimpton, Luke’s kitchen is open from 6:30am for guests. For $30 I had unlimited access to the buffet alongside two free drinks. They even offered to toast some bread for me. I sat there for over an hour and a half undisturbed. I then took a coffee to go which helped with the long drive home.

We plan to come back - a nice staycation spot.

During this stay I clocked up 50 nights since the property opened Feb 2022.
Some staff still at the property, always remember you too.
Rooms always beaut, access from Airport via Train to Town Hall Station and a short walk to the Hotel.
Had Room Service, Coffee, Drinks & Snacks at the Bar, all excellent
Will be back next month...
