My best friend and I had the most incredible experience at the spa today. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was serene and inviting. The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured every detail of our visit was perfect. The treatments were absolutely divine. We left feeling completely pampered and rejuvenated! This is a real hidden gem. Really great massage therapists. Very professional and really worked on my stiff neck shoulders. Face massaged to reduce sinus blockage.
I was in soo much pain when i was going. 1hrs massage very well worth investment.
I will be regular for sure.

I've been a regular at Kilas Day Spa for over a year now and always leave feeling amazing. It's easy to book, professional, clean and well-maintained.
I usually book with Earth - who consistently provides the best massages i've ever had. The attentiveness, pressure and professionalism is always on point and I leave feeling like I'm walking on a cloud.
I've also had high-quality, consistent massages from the other staff as well.

Cake is A-Mazing! I've been coming to Thai Ginger for over 2 years now and most of the time I see Cake. I do a lot of sport (karate, mtb riding, golf and gym) so recovery is important. Not only is her remedial massage exceptional but she is also one of the kindest people I've ever met. So polite and she genuinely cares about others. I've never had a bad experience with Cake, or any of the other staff here. Joy is also highly recommended.

I have always given a 5 star review for this day spa and had the most amazing service and massages until today.
I was running 5 minutes late for an appointment, so I kindly rang to advise I was in traffic on Gympie road. I was told by Cake that because I would be 5 mins late that my 45 minute massage would now be only 40 minutes. She was so rude on the phone and when I got to the salon, I questioned why my 45 minute massage would only be 40 minutes. I had done the curteousy of calling to advise I was running late. The spa was open until 6pm and this was 4.45pm. No other clients in the salon, but Cake was so rude and raised her voice when I asked the question. I kindly declined the massage and will not return the salon.
Customer service needs some attention.

Have driven past Kila’s countless times. Finally visited today. We had hot stone and foot massage (by Kila) and scrub with aromatherapy with Cake. Very impressed. Always a good sign when you catch yourself snoring 😬
Premises were clean, and well thought out.
Staff were skilled; professional and polite.
Well priced.
A surprising find. Deserves 5 stars.
They have new returning customers.
