Had a appointment booked and turned up only to be told that the person l booked with was away.
Had already payed for appointment so asked for a refund.
Went in again asking about refund and told that its coming and not allowed to book appointments there anymore and not wanted.
Lady was rude and won't be referring any more friends to go there.

One of the top 3 legitimate Thai massage parlours in Queanbeyan. Very experienced and friendly staff, good atmosphere, clean rooms, comfy massage tables, relaxing music.

Only reason I give 4 stars is because when I went last time, my masseuse left me so she can serve customers.

After reading a few poor reviews, my expectations weren't high. The customer service and reception are only adequate, but the massage was great. A bit on the painful side, but the lady really sorted out my back. No funny business here, just a good, hard massage to set you straight again. Would recommend!

Been going here for over a year and the massages were awesome but our latest one was absolutely terrible and unfortunately we couldn't wait for it to end. The women doing the massages didn't ask us what pressure we wanted. And for half of the massage, they weren't massaging, she was just rubbing oil into our skin constantly walking in and out of the room. Talking to each other for most of the massage. It was not relaxing, it was painful and we were worse than when we started. I advised the lady at the front desk we were not happy as we've Overall recommended lots of our friends and family go there. we will not be returning.

I don't really write reviews but I felt compelled to this time. In terms of their service, the massage quality was quite poor and the masseuse seemed pretty inexperienced however she really gave it a solid go and I think she did help in loosening up my shoulders. With proper training this place can be really good spot for a massage whether its deep tissue or just to relax!

Don’t risk it, I was absolutely disappointed by the experience.

The therapist didn’t seem like she had any idea what she was doing she was very “pokey” the technique was definitely not there. For half of the massage she wasn't massaging, she was just rubbing oil into my skin.

When the therapist went out to grab the warm towels she left the door open before retuning

Just very unprofessional all around.

Entrance is clean and inviting. Warm reception with usual friendly smile. Massage was just what I needed, deeply relaxing and I could feel the knots disappearing. The aroma the ambiance and staff are tremendous. I HIGHLY recommend this as the place to go for an awesome Thai massage. Thanks for a great experience.
