I recently visited the restaurant and ordered two dishes: chicken satay and chicken Pad Thai. The chicken satay was delicious, with tender chicken and a flavourful peanut sauce that really hit the spot. However, the chicken Pad Thai, while tasty, could benefit from a bit less salt and sugar in the sauce. A slightly lighter touch would have made the dish more balanced.

Overall, Khao Thai offers a nice dining experience, but with a little adjustment to the Pad Thai, it could be even better. I’d still recommend giving it a try for those who enjoy authentic Thai flavour.

They are very sweet good vibe since I enter the restaurant.. I eat the charcoal beef and try the cold Thai tea was original like Thailand, and the fish cake too.. And try other recipes, so happy in little Bay there is a place so cool. Thank you so much see you soon

Ordered a pad kee mao take away from door dash. Very generous portions with lots of fresh ingredients. Only downside I would like to mention is that despite the taste been relatively good, it was definitely on the saltier side. Would highly suggest the chef to go lighter on the salt for a more balanced taste.

I was thrilled when a new Thai restaurant opened in Little Bay and couldn't wait to have dinner there with my friends. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by poor customer service. There were four of us, and we each ordered a different meal. Three dishes arrived, but one was missing. Despite asking about it twice, we had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for the last dish. To make matters worse, the meals were served without any cutlery, so I had to fetch it from the counter myself. Having worked in hospitality, I understand that every business can have an off day, so I decided to give the restaurant another chance. Sadly, the second visit was even worse. We ordered drinks that never arrived, and although there were five of us, we were only given four glasses for water. When we asked for an extra glass, the waitress brought it with her finger inside the glass! That's unacceptable, even at home.

This time, the cutlery was provided promptly, but when my husband asked for chopsticks, the waiter seemed surprised and asked, "You don't want to use a fork?" I was shocked that the restaurant could operate with such a lack of understanding of proper customer service. It seems their main focus is on takeaway sales. I must say, though, that the food was delicious.

Great food! We ordered the pad see ew, chicken cashew nut and roast duck curry, and all were great. The curry had a thicker consistency than a lot of places usually have and it was really great. In particular, I also appreciated how much vegetable came with the dishes. Really quick turnaround time too! We will be back!

The tilapia with sweet chili sauce is amazing! The lunch special is a great deal, and the flavors are incredible. Highly recommend!
