Last week, I got a family bucket after a long night of football training. I was served by this friendly young man named Brody. He was super nice and let me take my time while my kids argued in the back. Brody definitely deserves some praise, a king young gentleman! The drive thru was really good, thank you guys! 🙂

Tight parking bays, usually full carpark but can park in Emerton Village if needed. Get some weird characters visiting this store, but equally quirky staff, so it all balances out. Never had a 10/10 meal here. Usually soggy chicken. But dinner rolls normally fresh.

Ordered a Slider meal, it was NOT busy and they took 20 minutes to get my food out. I thought at-least my food would taste nice, though the bread was ripped, they're was barely any sauce and the chicken was HORRIBLE. Even my 4 year old brother can do better. Not looking good, my finger was definitely not finger licking good.

Bad service, definitely never come back! Order delivery as it's footy final, we rather stay home and paid for delivery fee and to find they missed our item. The option they gave me either come to store and pick it up or store credit for next time. We buy the food as we want to eat it now not next time. Why no one double check the order before gave it to delivery guy? This is not the first time as well, you do the mistake then compensate or at least apologise. Imagine if you guys in my shoes, do you will be happy with your options?

Ordered a giant feast through drive thru for dinner and got over cooked dry chicken and 8 of 12 pieces was the little gross wings. Thought a giant feast came with 15 pieces?

Have order here a few times as its my local kfc almost every time I have something is missing
Sometimes it's 1 thing sometimes more tonight it's half my order ? kfc management needs to fix there workers as they don't check nor care if the food they are providing is cooked correctly "have had pieces that seem like they have been sitting under the heating area all day as they are dryer then leather . Avoid if you can an just go to another one it's not worth the loss of food an taste

Normally I find this KFC to be ok, but I generally order delivery so hadn't dined in for a while. Despite selecting "dine in", when I got my meal I wasn't given any napkins or a spoon to eat my potato and gravy - why not just have these things put with the straws so customers can help themselves?

Anyway I had to wait a few minutes before finally the server gave me a spoon. I took my meal to the table and found that my 'potato and gravy' was just gravy, so back up to the counter I go. When I explained I ordered potato and gravy the server didn't apologise or acknowledge my complaint, just looked straight at the monitor to check my order as if she didn't believe me. I don't think she intended to be rude but basic courtesy training would not go astray.

But the food here is good as KFCs go, and the restaurant is small but feels cosy and clean. Just check your orders carefully to make sure you're getting what you paid for!
