I can’t comment on the drinks, but I can comment on the staff.

I went in as a scared unsafe 22 year old, I was being followed from work to the train station, upon realising this I went into the Kerwick and asked for help. Pricilla was working at the bar and the gentleman from the bottle shop was also in there. When I told them what was going on they both went outside to see if he was still there and even got me to check on the security to see if he was there. They both sat me down and when I couldn’t find a way home they got someone to take me home so I got there safely.

It’s a community pub everyone looks out for everyone, and I honestly don’t know what would’ve happened if the staff didn’t help when they did. I will be definitely paying them a visit and having a few drinks

Stayed for a week while working locally, the room was very basic, which is all I required. I had a meal every night, each meal was very tasty, hot, home made and reasonably priced. I was also made to feel very welcome from the staff and locals, which is exactly what you want when working away from home. Thanks

Living nightmare ? Booked in for 7 nights but had to go after 1 night as the noise was so bad with banging noises etc? Priscilla was a lovely person though? Never ever again? I went there cause it was cheap? Bad bad mistake

This is Mr Beefy's Grillhouse on Uber eats. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Undercooked chicken parmi, pink and rubbery to taste, gave us 4 weird fried fish tubes instead of my 2 flathead fillets, and not a drop of cheese sauce on the loaded fries. For $98! Unbelievable. Avoid BEEFY'S ON UBER. Avoid Kerwick hotel food. Food safety concerns here! Coming from an exhausted pregnant woman just trying to get an ordered meal and it has made our night 10x worse. Only the fries were edible, but all dry.

A real traditional old style pub. Great atmosphere and very friendly
