I extend my sincere gratitude to Manager Miranda for her exceptional courtesy and assistance. Our initially planned short stay was extended due to inclement weather and vehicle access challenges, and Miranda consistently provided helpful support throughout. The drive-through sites were level, and the park and amenities were well-maintained. I highly recommend this location.

Tidy clean little park. Lovely girl on Reception. Some road noise if in a drive thru site but we never noticed it. Nice pool and clean facilities. The only problem is no dump site but you can dump for free at Showgrounds. Good for an overnighter as close to Freeway.

I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.
Arrived to an unwelcoming greeting, booked into a cabin only to find fridge dirty, no door on the bathroom, shade cloth for a fly wire, hole in shower recess and felt like I'd fall through the floor, dining chair slats falling apart, I could feel the springs in the mattress and had minimal sleep due to this, the mattress didn't even cover the base.
I was charged $160 for this which was very disappointing even at off peak rate $140 it was not woth it. Sign on main gate saying accommodation starting from $70. The previous night I had stayed in a small caravan park inland NSW and was charged only $125 so clean and very welcoming. Vast difference.
I had left early in the morning as I was travelling so didn't get to speak to owner/manager but I did not feel any of this would have been heard anyway due to the manner in which I was greeted in the first place.
This not a bogus review this was my experience.

Use the powered caravan ground for one night. Very kind reception to give us a big site so that didn't need to unhitch. Unfortunately, it rained and the site had no slab, making the walk through the grass a little challenging for disabled.

Also, it was a little expensive at $60/night, but granted that it was a quiet weekday during the school holidays, it was ok. We also stayed earlier in Tamworth, which charged about $42. Anyway, not exorbitant.

Location wise, very close to town, but we didn't explore further as it was only one night, raining and the caravan was not unhitched.

The kitchen needs a bit of updating. We didn't want to cook so ate in the caravan. The sloping grass spot, without the slab didn't make it easy.

Security was good. Quiet & relaxing. Thanks

My wife and I were well looked after by Mark, who managed to squeeze our caravan in at short notice, after our planned accommodation fell through at the last minute. Mark even stayed behind after his closing time, and also met us out the front and personally directed us to our powered site. We were very appreciative as this prevented us from having to do a rough camp in an unknown location. We ended up staying for an extra night, and he personally met us and assisted us to leave on Day 3. We thoroughly recommend this park for other caravanners.

Had van trouble and had to stay in kempsey. These guys were so accommodating. Great camp-site. Amazing staff. So helpful and made everything easy. We had a spacious unpowered plot. Nice and grassy with trees and much bird life. Amenities super clean. Nice and quiet. Camp kitchen was great too. Thank you. If we ever stop here again we will be back for sure!
