I was torn about writing this review as I’ve been 25 times with almost always the best massages ever however, today I was left concerned. This review is just about today’s experience.

I always ask for someone strong and today they were kind enough to swap out the initial masseuse for someone able to dig deep however, they had super long nails!

When I got home my partner noticed I had multiple pierced near weeping lacerations from his sharp long nails, literally hundreds (It hurt at the time but I didn’t want to upset him) as discussed they have pierced the skin and I’m concerned they may get infected. This isn’t a good outcome.

If you’re gong to massage and do deep tissue on people, please cut your nails!!

Disappointed in our service this evening. My husband and I booked for a 60 minute reflexology & 60 minute whole body massage at 7:30pm. We are new to the area, so we were hoping to find a new local spot as our regular place is a 40 minute drive from Ipswich. The reviews looked promising but this place was so sorely disappointing. Firstly, I was left to soak until the water was cold. The water was brought to me at exactly 7:38pm. So naturally I presumed our massage would end at 8:38pm (including all the wash/clean etc.). My therapist started to finish up at 8:16pm then took her time cleaning my foot and finished up at 8:30pm on the dot. Leaving us 8 minutes short of a service. Secondly, it felt like she did not know what she was doing. No real pattern just mixed pressures and random movements. It was quite cold and after she finished one foot, she left it bare (they normally wrap this to keep the warmth in). No blanket offered, although luckily I had my daughters toddler blanket & we weren’t offered any water or tea on arrival or departure either. A real shame - for the price they charge, I would expect a premium service like all the other message places we have been to in Brisbane that charge around the same amount. Would not recommend.
