It was our first time visiting, and I was really looking forward to the avocado. Unfortunately, when I went to order, I was told that the avocado was sold out and that the matcha latte with coconut was no longer available. I was quite disappointed and had to rethink my order. I ended up choosing the tomato with sourdough and scrambled eggs.

However, I was surprised to see the person who ordered after me—and sat next to me—receive an avocado toast with a boiled egg. I asked the staff at the counter about it, and she then realized there had been a miscommunication. She kindly offered to fix the order and replaced the tomato with avocado on my plate.

Interestingly, the woman next to me shared that she had the same experience—she was told there was no avocado, only to see others receiving it later.

The cashier later brought me a cookie as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated. Still, I believe there's significant room for improvement. As first-time customers, both of us left feeling disappointed. I hope the owner considers improving the order or stock management system and invests in better team communication to prevent this from happening again.

As for the food, it was okay—though a bit salty—and the long black was quite watery.

I wasn’t planning to leave a review, so I didn’t take much photos. But the $15.50 matcha felt like I was robbed.

This cafe is pretty aesthetic and looks so nice inside.

The food tasted pretty good but could have been cooked better.

I ordered the Kimchi pancakes and it wasn’t cooked properly. The middle was soft and soggy, whilst the edges were burnt, hard and bitter (unevenly cooked). I couldn’t eat the edges and cut it off. I didn’t take a photo of the burnt side, but the bottom side was really black. And the top side looked nice. Imagine the bottom side look like the dark edges from the top side. Yeah that’s what it looked like.

The lychee coconut soda was really good. I really recommend you order this. It’s so unique and tasty and you can’t get it else where.

I also ordered the oishi matcha for $15.50 and it was so underwhelming.
It tasted very watery and the matcha isn’t strong at all. The ice cream (from duoduo) also wasn’t that great. Save your $15 and order another drink. And get your matcha elsewhere.

It’s honestly worth trying and the food does taste good. But I really wouldn’t recommend you spend $15.50 on a very mid matcha.

We arrived on a Tue morning around 11am and was basically told half of the menu was not available. It's a little shocking that you would run out of ingredients before lunch service and disappointing as we travelled far to try Cherry menu. Service was fast as it was quiet and not at peak service time, I guess. The food was delicious, and the matcha latte was very good. Overall, as it was overpriced, I wouldn't come here again.

I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it was underwhelming..

Iced matcha w coconut (sugar) is milky! My friend got normal and I even got almond milk but couldn’t taste the matcha ! ā˜ ļø I mean look at that pale green colour ? Although, you can upgrade to ceremonial matcha for $$. They also currently have a special drink for $15.50 which features ceremonial matcha and matcha gelato.

The wait for a table at Sunday lunch was around 40 minutes and the crowd was a bit manic but the staff were trying their best. When we did finally get a table, there was no table service and we still had to lineup in the queue to order our food. After a 15 minute wait for our food, the cheese toastie arrived looking pretty sad. I think it could be improved by using thicker bread and a thicker cheese? My friend’s bang bang chicken sandwich looked pretty good. Once we finished our food, they didn’t rush us out unlike some of the tables we saw earlier in the day.

My friend found this place on TikTok and was so excited to try it, but it’s fair to say that the cafe is unable to service the current demand and some menu items could benefit from adjustments.

Delicious food and cute cafe. Walk in only with a line, but it moved quickly. We had the pumpkin salad which was very substantial, matcha and strawberry latte. Others had the bacon and egg roll, scrambled eggs. Will be back to try the slices and cakes. Reasonably priced for the area. Sunday surcharge does apply

Came near closing time and staff were friendly. Matcha with ice cream was delicious but sooooo expensive omg. Carrot cake was just alright, I loved the candied walnuts but it was overall a bit too sweet and mushy. Cake was kinda clay like and I was choking on it. Lovely chill ambience tho.

Matcha was delicious as expected but the coffee was definitely a standout! Yummy interesting flavours in the chicken sandwich and the scrambled eggs were cooked to perfection!! Have to order chilli oil on the side if you get the scrambled eggs! We will definitely be back to try their other menu items.

I ordered the Dubai chocolate crookie, sausage roll, matcha strawberry milk drink, and a matcha cookie.

The croissant had a cookie and chocolate drizzle on top, and was filled with a rich Dubai chocolate cookie inside!
The pastry was super crispy and buttery—so satisfying! ā™”
I highly recommend asking the staff to warm it up.

The sausage roll came with a fresh salad, making it very filling and flavorful.
Everything was just amazing 🄺

The staffs were friendly, and the atmosphere was lovely. This place has become one of my favorite cafƩs!

It’s usually quite busy, but I went on a Monday morning and was able to get a seat without waiting.
