So grateful to Kim and the team ( lovely blonde lady whom I didn’t get the name of ) for a wonderful experience, I’ve done many saunas and ice baths in the past few years but the professionalism and support and knowledge was really next level, the spa itself is devine and it felt like I was wrapped in a warm blanket of love and care during my 2 hours there today. In fact I may even join the membership even though it’s a 30 minute drive from home I think it’s well worth it. Lucky locals who live near by 💜💜💜 thank you Kim and your team you’ve created a wonderful healing space 🙏🏽

Disappointing place for me. I did manage to relax ok my float, but the ambience and quality of the float rooms is far behind city cave, shower products are not good.

When I gave a private review I was met with excuses rather than a willingness to improve which is why I’m sharing publicly on here.

Only good thing was the friendly lady at reception.

The facility & services at KALM SPRINGS is incredible as is the team there. I have been doing the premium membership now for a bit over a month: regular sauna, ice bath, LED, & floats have me feeling like my nervous system is calmer & less stressed. If it’s something you can budget, the premium membership is great value, otherwise a drop in every now & then was always incredible in the months before I moved into the membership. Josh, Kim, Sally & Jade always go above & beyond to ensure you feel well looked after during your time at KALM SPRINGS. They have created a haven in the pocket of Casuarina like nothing else. It is private & individual as oppose to communal & this makes for a really great self-care, connective, relaxing & rejuvenating experience.

This spa is utterly divine! I had the most incredible float therapy which was probably the most relaxing hour of my life. This was followed by LED therapy and an infrared sauna which were also wonderful and highly recommended. The spa itself is stunning and the co-owner Kim was lovely and so informative, she made the whole experience so enjoyable. I will be back very very soon!

I have been going to Kalm Springs for a while now and just love my G&T. So when the new Ice bath came in I knew I had to give it a try. OMG that's cold 🥶 🤣🤣🤣 however with the guidance of the lovely Josh I actually lasted 20seconds first attempt. Now I have booked in again next week to go for 40 second. My skin and whole body felt SENSATIONAL. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I had pleasure of visiting this diamond of a spa Kalm_Spring . Everything from welcome to explanation of my treatments and the other facility’s available was superb. I walked out drifting on a cloud . The venue is an oasis of rejuvenation. I highly recommend all treatments.
Every detail is thought of even the refreshing chilled coconut water at the end . Kim is amazing and puts you at ease Immediately.
I wish I could give it 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️💫
